We liked it a lot ... while it worked. I charged it, but at the next use it wouldn't run. The LCD comes on but that's all. Plugging it back in doesn't help -- though it does get quite hot. We thought this would be a great replacement for our massager with a cord. After 6 months and 10-15 uses, it no longer could be charged, rendering it useless. I reached out to the company about the issue and they issued a warranty replacement device. Good customer support. The support team said part of the issue may be that it must be charged with a 5V-2A charging block and that not using the correct block could be part of the problem. ...but, they don't provide the block with the product - only the cable.

The gun is fine. I recommend labelling their charger and cord because the gun is very sensitive to the charger. This means it's not really a USB C qualified charging system, but it does work. Just use their gear. The gun itself was ok, much like the many others on the market. Mine would only charge with some USB cables, not all, even expensive ones. Yesterday, I charged it and noticed a smell when I unplugged it. The display is showing random circles and I can't get it to turn on. So, if a year of service is what you are looking for, go ahead.

Mebak 5, no longer charging and gives a rotating led light of the left and 03 on the right, no longer working. Very disappointed. Contacted Mebak Support Team and they promptly sent a replacement. They even followed up with emails to make sure it was complete. Excellent customer service and company, which is rare these days. A very satisfied customer. Thank you Lora.

I'm rehabbing my rotator cuff, and tried one of the top brand massage guns and it felt like a jack-hammer. This one was lighter and easier to hold against my shoulder with the opposite hand. It also had a low-speed setting that was perfect for massaging the smaller muscles around my rotator cuff. Very nice set of attachments with a carrying case as well. Well done!

We got this after seeing it in a porno movie. Have used it for regular massage: if you have bad feet, put the smaller ball attachment on, then run the gun into the tendon running along the underside of your foot. Hold it there as long as you can take it, dot dot dot enjoy. Gentlemen, the forked attachment is awesome. Be careful with speed, be careful if size or shape does not fit correctly. But if it does, wow. The carrying case and the attachment carrying case inside that case are a nice touch. We have used this for say an hour at a time eight times at moderate speeds before having to recharge. I don't know if this is the kind of battery that you can recharge after every use or if you have to drain it. At this price, who cares though.
