I love that I don't have to touch meat for mixing. I use to cook meat on the stove and to mix meatloaf. The edges are a little sharp so be careful. It breaks up the meat perfectly. I use for ground meat. It's a hard plastic but light weight. Works great. Happy with purchase. Highly recommend

I wish I had gotten one sooner! It works great, and does exactly what it supposed to do. It made chopping up my ground meat so much quicker and easier than using a spatula. I will never go back to using a single spatula. lol. It’s pretty heavy duty, has a good handle and somewhat of a blade for the chopping. every kitchen needs one.

I've been meaning to purchase one of these since it is usually difficult to cut and separate ground meat during cooking. I found this at a discount, I believe, and went ahead to see if it was worth getting. The build is quite sturdy. It is made of really, really hard plastic but maybe has some metal parts inside since it is quite heavy for a cooking utensil. The edges you use to cut the meat is fairly sharp. This is needed, of course, to cut meat accordingly without having to strain one's self. Just be careful and mindful that it is so as to not cause injury while cooking with it or washing it. I am extremely satisfied with this product and have used it quite a few times without encountering any issue. Highly recommended.
