    • Good at first but quality issues after 6 months

I've been using this manual food chopper for about 8 months now, and I have mixed feelings about it. When I first got it, it worked really well - chopped onions, vegetables, and nuts quickly without needing electricity. The BPA-free material felt safe and the size was perfect for my kitchen. However, after regular use, I'm starting to see some quality issues. The string/thread that you pull to make it work has broken twice now. The first time I thought maybe I pulled too hard, but it happened again even with normal use. I had to replace the string myself which was annoying. More importantly, the chopper blades don't seem as sharp as they used to be. It takes a lot more pulls now to get the same chopping results, and sometimes vegetables don't chop evenly. What used to take 5-6 pulls now needs 15-20 pulls to get decent results. For the price, it's okay for occasional use, but if you plan to use it daily like I do, you might want to look for something more durable.
