I ordered this fabric covered recliner with heat, massage and powerlift functions from Amazon. The FedEx delivery was fast and the delivery men couldn’t have been more pleasant than they were. Three boxes were delivered inside my garage. I assembled the chair myself within 20 minutes of unpacking the boxes. Easy instructions, two remotes which are easy to learn. The chair is comfortable, the power lift/recline operates smoothly. The heat and massage worked fine. The only con: the print on the remote is small. I need a magnifying glass to program the heat/massage functions. In conclusion, the chair operates perfectly and although you realize the shipping is worked into the overall price, you will pay shipping one way or another. Good value. I cannot express enough how much we enjoy this chair. The only hitch was that FedEx got the 3 boxes separated and we received two boxes one day and the third box the next day. We felt it had become lost. To assemble was so easy...4 pieces, the base, the two sides and the chair back. NO TOOLS NEEDED. The fabric seems it will be durable. The chair operates so quietly that we can not hear it. We thought the cushions would to firm but no...its perfect. It slides together with male and female rails and when completed, you would never know it was four different components.. very, very sturdy feeling. It is the MOST COMFORTABLE chair I have ever sat in, normal or reclining. We plan on purchasing another chair from MCombo in a month or two. It will not disappoint you. Five Stars +++ ... show more

Bought this for my 90 yr old mother. I have sat in it and can say it is VERY comfortable. Made for smaller people. My mom is 5 foot and 110 lbs and she LOVES it. I am 5'8" and 180. and I would buy the same chair if I was 90 years old. Easy to put together (not if you are 90). This chair would sell for $1,200 in a furniture store. UPDATE 3: I have been in contact with the seller and Amazon about the issue of shipping and it is still unresolved. The company, Exacme, has refused to refund the shipping and waited to do so until after they received the chair. I contacted Amazon on 3 separate occassions and was given a bogus email address to submit my shipping receipt to for reimbursement. Lesson learned, never buy any large item that you cannot physically return yourself. UPDATE #2: After requesting a refund for this unit, the seller "approved" my return and sent a packing label. What they fail to mention is that the CONSUMER has to pay to have it shipped back! This chair is listed as being for elderly and disabled people so how does the seller expect such a person to rebox and ship it back? If I had known this important detail I would not have purchased. UPDATED REVIEW!!! I am updating my original review now that I have had this recliner a few weeks. I do NOT recommend this recliner. This chair has a lot of neat features and the material is nice but I do NOT recommend it. The foam inside has begun to break down in the leg area and I can feel the wood underneath. Also, the motor has become very loud when inclining or reclining. I am very concerned that it W will stop working and am currently in the process of returning it and will be shopping for a replacement. I have only had my new recliner for a few days but do like it so far. Shipping was incredibly fast (received 2 days sooner than anticipated), set up was a breeze, it's sturdy, and seems to be of good quality. The reason for 4 stars instead of five is because the massage is really a vibration that doesn't do much, the heat cannot be felt through a tshirt, and the chair is just long enough for me. The description lists it being good for a person between 5'1-5'9 but there is no way someone taller than 5'5 would fit without their feet hanging over the edge. I am 5'3 and have about 2 inches before my feet are past the extension. Also, anyone that may be plus size would have a difficult time fitting in the seat. The description states up to 350 pounds but I'm not sure that's accurate. I weigh around 170 and there is minimal room on either side. As I said, it's comfortable and sturdy and I'm sure I will enjoy it. I like that it inclines so those needing assistance to stand can get out of it. The motor is quiet and it's a benefit that you can stop reclining at any position you need. just wish the description was more accurate regarding the massage and heat because those are features I needed. ... show more
