Easy to set up - no tools. Perfect amount of rise to assist standing. Great heat and massage. Great support and comfort. Fabric and color were perfect for us also. Great product and very fast ship was awesome since my other chair fell apart!

Very Nice chair....comfortable and high quality
Color: Beige Size: Small-Regular
Bought this for my 90 yr old mother. I have sat in it and can say it is VERY comfortable. Made for smaller people. My mom is 5 foot and 110 lbs and she LOVES it. I am 5'8" and 180. and I would buy the same chair if I was 90 years old. Easy to put together (not if you are 90). This chair would sell for $1,200 in a furniture store. You are cutting out the middle man. You won't be disappointed. ... show more

Nice chair for the money
Color: Brown Size: Medium
Purchased this chair as a replacement for existing lift/recliner that was purchased locally and for twice the dollars. Chair was dying and could not wait 8 to 12 weeks for delivery of a new one. So took at chance buying on-line through Amazon. Pros: Delivery was earlier than scheduled. Expected in 10 days and arrived within 7. Easy to assemble. Appreciated the cords were already zip tied to the base, which helps avoid cords being tangled or disconnected. Color and size were as expected from photos. The foot rest extension is a nice touch. Heat feature actually generates a decent amount. Multi-choice massage settings also nice. Everything working well so far. Cons: Construction somewhat 'flimsy'. The arms can easily be jiggled. Assembly instructions could be a little more detailed. We have two extra end caps that we have yet to find where they were supposed to go. Having two remotes seems a bit much. There is one for the recline/lift feature and another for the heat/massage features. Shipment came in two boxes (which is noted in product details). They were badly punctured, torn, and really beat up. Luckily the chair parts themselves were not damaged. Overall, pleased with product and would recommend to others. ... show more

unbelievably comfortable
Color: Brown Size: Large
I cannot express enough how much we enjoy this chair. The only hitch was that FedEx got the 3 boxes separated and we received two boxes one day and the third box the next day. We felt it had become lost. To assemble was so easy...4 pieces, the base, the two sides and the chair back. NO TOOLS NEEDED. The fabric seems it will be durable. The chair operates so quietly that we can not hear it. We thought the cushions would to firm but no...its perfect. It slides together with male and female rails and when completed, you would never know it was four different components.. very, very sturdy feeling. It is the MOST COMFORTABLE chair I have ever sat in, normal or reclining. We plan on purchasing another chair from MCombo in a month or two. It will not disappoint you. Five Stars +++ ... show more

Very disappointing purchase experience
Color: Grey Size: Large
I do not like witting negative reviews but this purchase has been very unsatisfactory. I ordered this chair a little over a year ago. The first chair I received was clearly a used one that had been repackaged and was received with 3 crushed cardboard boxes with a lot of tape. Internal parts were in disarray. It is hard to imagine they would ship a product in this condition and difficult to imagine the shipping company would accept it. When I contacted Mcombo It took a lot of effort for them to agree to ship a new unit. I emphatically stated it had to be brand new. The second unit received was also used and repackaged. Extreme frustration! The heating element did not work. I ran into a lot of resistance and back and forth when requesting a new unit. When a family emergency arose I put this issue aside. Family matters consumed my attention for several months. I was exhausted and did not follow up at that time. After a short period of usage the chair wobbles side to side. I suspect this is due to the slip in type brackets used for assembly that allow for a lot of play. Now with just over a year of usage the lift motor makes a very loud noise and with a rhythmic thumping. The back rollers make noise and can be uncomfortable in the stopped position. The biggest problem is the back of the seat has dropped an inch and a half to two inches with a gap between the seat back and the seat. It is very uncomfortable to sit in. The chair will soon be unusable and is certainly not worth the current price and definitely not worth the price I made which was $120 more than current list price. There was supposed to a $20 credit applied which was never received. These things combined lead me to write this review. I will reach out to Mcombo . I would like a complete refund and if not that then replacement with a brand new unit. I will update this post if I receive a response. I do not recommend purchasing a unit from this company. ... show more

Customer service
Color: Brown Size: Large
This company has been awesome to work with. The massage and heat quit working and we didn’t have the chair for even a year and barely used those features. They worked timely and efficiently without hesitation at sending us parts for the chair until our issue was resolved. I would highly recommend making a purchase from this company, as their customer service is top notch to work with! ... show more
