This is an outstanding recliner. I shopped long and hard for recliners both online and in stores, brick and Moore stores. This is the one I chose. I looked at all the reviews and many many more good reviews than bad nuisance. I ordered the chair a few days before I was going to have reverse total replacement surgery. The chair was delayed almost 4 days total, but I did get it before my surgery. I got to have it set up and that was fine at this point, dear customer service was amazing. Simply amazing. They did everything they could now the shipper. FedEx screwed the pooch, but Mcombo did great. Now to the chair itself it was easy to set up, but you knew you do need two people because the base box is heavy. It took me about 20 minutes to set it up move it where I wanted. It’s an excellent chair to sit in. It’s very comfortable. It moves both the feet have a separate motor in the back and it moves wonderfully. There’s a home button that brings you back to a normal city position so you can get in and out easy or use a lift and get out easy. I have two suggestions one the control unit has a very bright LED. You need to adjust that if you’re sleeping in this chair and I do too you could really use a memory button. It takes me a good 5 to 10 minutes to get my chair perfectly lined up once I’m in it to sleep in a memory button would be fantastic but overall this is a fantastic chair. I recommended to anybody their customer service is amazing. I have absolutely no issues and I’ve had it now for just now two weeks.

I have had this chair about a week and I love it! It is the best sitting recliner. It’s not soft. It is firm and supportive but not rock hard. I ordered the medium and it is the perfect size. I am 5’5 and my husband is 5’10 , it is a roomy comfortable chair for both of us. My feet don’t touch the floor if I sit all the way back in the chair but I have short legs. My husband says it’s the perfect height to sit comfortably with his feet on the floor. The controls are easy to use. The chair came in 3 boxes and my husband assembled it without any problems. Compared to other brands this recliner was a great price. I am convinced it’s as good or even better than the high dollar brands. I love the fabric, it is a soft texture and a beautiful brown color; Like a deep chocolate brown. This recliner is a great purchase. Don’t take my word for it, Get your own!

Good news/bad news…….

Let’s start w/ the pros—it works. It was easy to assemble. It’s a beautiful color. Plenty of seat space. Now some cons—the cupholder placement is awkward & poorly designed. The armrests are very short, in order to accommodate the cupholders, so, I either have to always have my arms bent, or my hands dangling over the end of the armrest, into the drink holder..or the drink itself. I got the “med” size range—for heights of 5’4” to (I think) 5’10”. I’m 5’2” & the chair seat depth & foot rest are almost too short for me—I’d think this would be very uncomfortable for someone 5’9”. And the photo is quite deceiving as far as the fabric goes. In the picture the fabric appears to be the tweedy tough textured fabric you often see in furniture-very sturdy durable looking. The fabric is actually little tufts of fur like stuff w/ a pattern pressed into it. I did not see the chair until my husband & son had it put together & in place. Had I seen the fabric & the cup-holder/arm rest things before they had it put together, I might have sent it back. But once it was all set up, I thought I’d better try it. And when I expressed some issues I was having w/ the design, my “assembly team” was less than pleased at the thought of having to ship the chair back. So, I’m trying to “adjust” & make the best of it. It’s not all bad, as I said, but I’m having to be creative to make it comfortable. It does function well, as far as the lift feature/mechanics, but I learned a lot about “buying w/o trying”. I really didn’t have a choice, as injuries have me completely incapacitated right now & my old chair finally gave out. So, I researched….and I made my decision based on the details “as they were presented”.. It’s an ok chair, if you are not set on certain things. Not what I’d have bought, had I seen it in person first.

Comfortable Stability & Value

This chair was easy to put together I was able to do it by myself. This chair exceeded my expectations as far as comfortability. I am 5' 2" 140lb women and the small chair is the perfect size. The minute I sat in the chair and put it in the reclined position the pain in my back due to compression fractures went from a pain level 5 to a 0. The fabric is soft. The ease of use is a huge plus and the ability to get out of the chair using the lift is a life changer for me. It is a very stable lift. I could not be happier with this chair. I have not tried the vibration or heating features yet but honestly I did not purchase the chair for those options. This chair is worth every dollar I paid.

Great Chair

I purchased this recliner on Aug 23, 2025. I'm 80, disabled for several reasons and assembled this chair in about 30 minutes after unpacking it. Due to back issues, I need an articulated bed, like a hospital bed, to sleep in and this serves my purpose well. It easily adjust to lay flat or many other positions. Material is great and easy to keep clean. I'm not huge but I bought the large version. It is very sturdy. As you can tell, I love this chair......But, a few weeks ago the remote started acting up. The 5 buttons did not respond as they should have. Push up, it may go down, up or nothing. Same with the other buttons. I found that if you tap the remote a few times it will respond, eventually, as it is supposed to a few times before becoming unstabled. I finally broke down and bought a replacement remote off their website and it arrived today...in two day Fed Ex w/ no extra charge. About $40 including tax. It may have be covered under warranty; I haven't checked on that yet, but will. I'm just happy to have my chair working properly again. Even with this failure, I still give it 5 Stars.

Fast delivery, absolutely comfortable recliner

We bought this chair several years ago and it started having mechanical issues. Since my husband uses it as a bed we decided to buy a new one for him. This one is better than the first once, came in three days, I paid two college students to assemble it, which was easy for them following the YouTube video. We are so grateful for the controls. It also has massage and heat, cup holders, usb port for a cell phone, all helpful to my husband who has Parkinson’s and sits in the chair almost 24/7. This newer version has more cushioned padding, is a bit taller, just is awesome with the extended foot rest for my tall bigger man. I bought two recliner covers do I don’t have to clean the chair, just the covers when his incontinence kicks in (I also use pads for him to sit on). The gray is a nice color and the fabric soft.

Great Chair

The fabric on this chair is very soft, the cushioning is above average, but the color was Way Off (this is the only reason so far for the 4 star review) I ordered the blue which showed as a royal blue, but it is a deep navy almost black color. Assembly was easy, (my hubby is very handy with this) I ordered the medium-wide size, I'm 5'3" and it fits me very well. All the electronics work as they should. I do notice a small side movement when using the lift at the very beginning, but then it becomes smooth all the way up. I have arthritis in my lower back and this will really help on days that it flares up. I'm also looking at knee replacement and this will allow me to take care of myself sooner with less help getting out of a chair. This is a very large chair and needs enough clearance to get to the Zero Gravity setting. But with an open floor design I do have room for it. I like the footrest extension and find this chair to be so very comfortable, it is well worth the price with the options that it provides. The only downside of this chair is the color, but I can change that with the simple addition of a throw blanket or cover. I had shopped around at local furniture stores and none offered the Zero Gravity (which I really wanted), they cost thousands of dollars so I was a bit nervous that this was so affordable, but this chair has all the bells and whistles and is Very Affordable. I purchased the extended warranty so I don't have any worries for the next 2 years as far as the motors go. This is well worth the money and I'm very happy with my purchase.
