This is a comfortable chair. My son-in-law had no difficulty to assemble it. My only complaint is that the seat is somehow not ‘stuffed’ evenly. After 3 days of use I am slowly sliding to the right side. I tried to adjust in sitting on the left side; didn’t help much. I will live with it but that is my only complaint. I forgot to mention that I bought a ‘weighted anti slip silicone coach cup holder’. Works very well for my coffee cup. It also has an insert for holding water bottle or glas of wine! Just a suggestion. I still have a problem with the seat cushion. It is bothersome to slide to the right and uncomfortable. Therefore, I have to update my rating to 3 stars!

I bought two of these recliners. My wife has Parkinson's and the lift feature is very helpful. The reviews were also very helpful. I like the modern look. My landscaper sent three of his men to move my existing recliners down one flight of stairs. They unpacked the new ones and assembled them in less than an hour, without even reading the directions. The recliners work exactly as advertised and are very comfortable and well made. I don't know anything about the company's customer service, but one reviewer was not pleased. Overall, I would definitely recommend them. They are a good value for the money.

We researched and looked at a minimum of 50 chairs in every price point and finally decided on this one. My husband has bone cancer and desperately needed a lift chair but we wanted it to have a modern sleek look. When you touch the leather see the chair, you immediately know it is quality and the design is modern and we love the wood trim.. Very easy to assemble and the chair has the look of a chair that would be exceedingly more expensive. My husband is tall and needed a chair that extended to 70 inches and this one does. The chair is comfortable and my husband is so thankful that we found this chair and highly recommends it.

Chair is three star. Normal. Seller is one star: After I ordered the chair, I reviewed the order immediately, saw that it was going to my addressm rather than my father's address, (who lives in an old folk's home, is 93, and has dementia). Lift chairs help people with loss of control of their legs, or bad balance, get in and out of the chair, whether getting in or out is from/into a wheel chair or walker. I tried to change the address online, but Amazon did not give me the option to change the receiving/shipping address. The shipping address I wanted to change to, my father's address, is in the same town and is a ten minute drive from address. If there was a charge to change the shipping address, I would have paid it happily. I am 60. I did not want lug a lift chair around. After being unable to change the address online, I called Amazon. Amazon said that neither I nor Amazon could change the shipping address, because Mccombo is a third party seller. They said I could try to cancel the order, which, if Mccombo would let me, could take as long as 48 hours, hope that it did not arrive anyway during that time, .... and etc— all of which was at the choice of the seller, not Amazon, nor me. Amazon sent them a message, asking Mccombo to contact me, explaining that the address was wrong. I called the seller that day, immediately after my phone call with Amazon. Their office was allegedly still open. They did not answer, I left a message. I called again on Monday. No answer again. I rate the chair three stars. It is exactly like the others we got for my father. It fulfills the lift function well, but the chair back and foot rest will not operate independently (explanation below). I rate the seller a one. Though they got the order out quick (orderd on Saturday, got it on Tuesday), they got it to the wrong address, because they did not respond to both Amazon and my requests to contact me— so that I could change the the receiving address to my father's address. I was willing to pay more money, if necessary to avoid having to lug the chair to my father's. I am sixty and do not have the best joints. Mcombo's refusal to respond to me or Amazon seemed intentional on their part. They had enouggh time to contact me and both Amazon and I reached out immediately after I made the order. There was enough time to respond to both Amazon's inquiry and mine— even if they refused to change the address. Mccombo did not respond all. So I had to lug the chair to my father's, which you cannot do with a car. I had to use a trailer, because two of the three boxes are too large to get in the door of a car or to fit in a large trunk. "chair back and foot rest will not operate independently": The chair does its lift job well. The chair s exactly like other lift chairs I bought for my father in the same price range. The only problem with all of those I bought for my father is that the back/chair back and foot rests cannot be controlled independently. The only way to raise the feet is to lean the chair back lower at the same time. Lowering the chair back raises the feet at the same time. Raising the feet lowers the the back rest... . Some of the raising and lowering is discontinuous: Movement on one or the or the rmay stop and the other start moving. Some occurs at exactly the same moment meaning the foot rest and back rest move together for a shor time. The chair is operated with one button for up and one for down to control the foot rest and back rest, and one button to control the head rest. We disconnected the head rest button because it is in the same location and has almost the same image that a chair would use for a backrest control. My father's memory would not allow him to make that distinction. This lack of independent movement for chair back and foot rest may be the meaning or consequence of "single motor." But that explanation is not made anywhere that I could see. This is the exact same functionality of his previous chair though: back and foot rest cannot be operated independently. On this chair, the head rest has a small lift which will raise your head up a bit while you are leaned all the way back, and that is actually a nice feature. However, my father is not capable of remembering that the control button for the back rest does not exist, and in the place he would expect control for the chair backl, there is a a head rest button, so we disconnected that. If head rest is leaned forward while the back rest is up, I believe most people would find the headrest uncomfortable. Overall, the chair is fine. It has the same flaw as similar chairs: no independent movement for chair back and foot rest. It actually has a good appearance as well as being good at the lift function. The seller I cannot recommend at all.

Was a little concerned when delivered (3) large boxes. But to our surprise VERY easy to assemble. GREAT looking chair (good quality pu leather look)perfect accent to our living room. Very COMFORTABLE, and the features; Heat,massage and lift to stand is exceptional for our needs. Also 2 USB ports for my phone and tablet. This chair also has two side pockets, that make storing these items perfect and easly accessible! This chair is more than we expected, (NOT to mention 200.00-300.00 less expensive than others we priced) We received our chair in two days, ordered on a Mon afternoon and received Wednesday by noon. Obviously, a great company to do business with McComm/AMAZON

My 1st ever Amazon review here, I hope this helps. I bought this for my mom for Christmas. I was a little hesitant to purchase, because there are no posted reviews. Long story short, this is a good chair with solid construction. Also, it is extremely comfortable. I wanted to avoid the chairs with the poofy/fluffy armrests, as those always seem to get matted down over time. The only drawback is no cup holders, but we are using a small side-table for her other stuff, so it's not a huge deal that it doesn't have cup holders. I got the dark brown color. The chair comes in 3 boxes. It assembles pretty easily. The massage function has several program settings. The heat is either On/Off, no other options. I'd recommend this chair for sure.
