My 82 yo mother in law loves this chair! Firm yet comfortable. It adjusts quietly and easily. Very sturdy, has a pleasing look as well as massage and heat. The fabric is soft and the chair fits her (5’6”, 200 lbs) size nicely. She even loves the cup holders! I purchased this chair because of price point and size of the chair. The chair came in 2 boxes (2 people needed to safely lift these large boxes!) and was easily installed. This purchase was a big one, I had major shoulder surgery and was instructed by my doctor to sleep ONLY in a recliner 24/7 for 6 full weeks. My surgery side was my right shoulder which made using my current recliner impossible. A rental would have cost me $600 for 6 weeks, so I opted to just buy one instead for about the same amount of money. I have had this recliner since 2/27/2025 and it has worked flawlessly. Was super easy to put together, comes in a couple of boxes with the box holding the bottom of the chair being pretty heavy needing either 2 people or a 2-wheeled dolly to move safely. Easy to put together but choose your location wisely as it is pretty heavy once it is put together. The controls are easy to use, and lighted so you can see them in the night, very helpful! The cup holders turn out to be a godsend, making holding of the control easy as well has keeping a supply of water in my insulated cups just fine. Arms are nicely padded, and the foam seat and foam back are also nicely padded, I wouldn't say cushy but more firm. The chair also does not recline flat, so keep that in mind. The vibrate function is so-so, meaning it wasn't strong enough in my opinion, but the lower back heat felt pretty good on those colder days of winter. The color is true, I ordered a light gray, so very nice. I also put a cover over it to protect it because I have a dog that loves the chair and arm rest covers. I also recommend a fabric spray protector on it to keep it clean for long-term. It is a very nice power recliner, I sat in models at my local store and some of those might have more functions, or different cushioning, but honestly for the money buying this one was a pretty good deal. The chair is comfortable. I don't have to use a lumbar pillow behind my back. I'm enjoying the cup holders and the side pockets. The heat is great as is the message feature. However it is a little noisy. Not terribly noisy, but a little more than expected. The right USB port has apparently stopped working. The biggest surprise is my own fault. The chair came when promised and was very easy to get set up. I bought the Med wide size. I am 5 ft 10. The chair is plenty tall for head support, and it has an extended footrest that comes out when reclining. The material is nice and the chair is quite roomy. I bought the dark blue color it is true to the picture. The chair has 2 cup holders and 2 small elastic pockets right on the front arms. It also has 2 large pockets for storage in the side of each arm. It has separate remotes 1 for heat and massage and one for up and down. Up and down is on the right side of the chair heat and massage is on the left. The lift motor is whisper quiet and is not jerky at all. It does not set a speed record but not super slow either. The heat is very nice but it is only in your lower back. The massage feels good also. It is a little noise, but I could hear the tv with no problem. The massage has 3 levels of intensity. It will do your back, lumbar, thigh and legs. You can pick which area to massage and its intensity low med or high, or it will do them all at one time. It will go from one area to the next and then start the cycle over. The only 2 reason I did not give it a 5 star rating is the leg/footrest could use some more padding but that is just my preference. Second, when you get your legs fully extended the chairs back start to recline. You cannot set up straight with your legs out. Over all I think it will be a good chair I have only had it 3 days but would buy it again. ... show more

This is seriously worth every penny. My dad is 6ft long with long legs so let me tell u the things he loves We got the Large Wide - The extended foot rest is perfect and just the right length and width - I was expecting it to be at least a little stiff but no it’s VERY comfortable - We ordered brown and the color and fabric is beautiful - No it doesn’t lay flat but it lays plenty far back to nap or sleep over night in - The massage and heating features are great - The hydraulics for the lifter is LEGIT lol it’s impressive - the lifting doesn’t make a lot of noise, doesn’t lift to fast nor takes to long It did come in 3 boxes the base box is really heavy the other two are fine. I am 5’2” 135lbs I lifted and assembled this all on my own. I suggest a socket wrench is all u need to make sure u tighten the anti flipping bracket for the back but other than that you are good. Oh and get a surge protector $10 Walmart. ... show more
