It comes in two boxes, if your physically challenged you may have trouble carrying the parts and putting it together. I was able to carry it in one piece at a time. Over all it works great, the width is perfect I can use both arm rests at the same time. The chair is solid, doesn’t feel cheap. The ability to control the back separate from the seat is really nice feature. I am 6'1" so the head rest could be a little taller but it works good enough. (They had taller ones but the seat got wider and I can't stand a chair where one arm can't use an arm rest.) The vibrations nice but scares the dog, you can control it over 4 areas and multiple speeds and cycles. The heat works but I only checked that it worked haven't need to use it yet. Over all I highly recommend this over some of the cheaper ones.

This is a redo of this review. I upped the rating to 5 stars. I bought this to help me get in and out of a reclining chair. I am 80 years old and suffering from cancer and a fall that caused mobility issues. The chair arrived on time and was easy for my family to assemble. The fabric and color were perfect. The construction is excellent. I love the cup holder and pockets. The USB connectors are very convenient. I love the full recline and although the dual motors are a little bumpy and noisy, it is worth it. (Original reaction) BUT...I am barely 5 ft tall. This chair was advertised as "small" and designed for someone my size or smaller. When standing by the seat at its low point the seat is inches above my knees. I have to either use the tilt function or "hop" to get into the seat. When seated my feet are about 2 inches above the floor. Also the back of the seat is about 4 inches beyond my spine when I am seated with my knees at the front edge of the seat. I have to scoot back to rest my spine on the back. The seat cushion from front to back is 20 inches. I can use the extra little cushion that came to close the gap but that dampens the heat and massage functions. ) After using the chair for a few weeks I have discovered great functionality that I can lower the headrest and change the position of the back. With all the adjustments I no longer have a problem with the chair being too large for my body size. Bottom line.. it is a wonderful chair for someone 5'2 and over. My 5'6 hubby loves it. It is a bit large for us 5' and under. I still like it and will keep it.

I purchased this item to hopefully ease the back pain my invalid wife has endured from a fall on carpeted flooring. The chair is both quiet and comfortable to me but of course is not perfect. The geometry of hinge points doesn’t match my 4’ 10” wife’s back & seat length to support her lower back when the back is reclined anything beyond just slightly. The motion of the linear actuators is slightly jerky in certain phases of operation which aggravates her tender joints. I visited a higher end furniture store in my area & sat in at least 10-12 different chairs which were of differing functions to gain a basis of understanding of desired features. The retail store pricing was at least 3 to 4 times of this online dealer. The physical assembly was straight forward but the wiring connections were in slightly different locations than the illustrations from the instructions. A little patience and all details were properly connected and the controls worked well. I am pleased with the function for myself and may reorder in a standard size chair (this unit was for someone 4’6” to 5’2”). The vibration modes were functional however the heating pad temp was only a small increase above room temperature. Rather than return it I will likely resell it to an individual as I fell it has high value for its price.

WOW. It blew me away how easy it was to assemble. It came in two boxes that were in perfect condition as were the contents. Well pckaged to protect the contents of each box and super easy to follow assembly instructions. I am 80 years old and was able to completely assemble the chair with no additional help. Love the blue color and comfort of the chair itself. The heat and massage are a real bonus, but really love the independent head rest. I like this recliner so much that I plan to order another one in the very near future. I also had no idea it also came with a small printed pillow. That was was a bonus. One more perk, the extended footrest makes it one of the most comfortable recliners I have ever sat in.

We were looking for new recliners for myself and my wife. Because we are getting up in age we looked into power lift chairs. I did a lot of research and found the MCombo brand offered the best value. However there were no stores where I could go into and sit in the chair to get the feel of it. So after more research and reading reviews I ordered a medium sized chair for my wife and a large chair for myself from Amazon. Boy am I glad I did. First of all offering three sizes only makes sense. The chairs had everything we wanted- dual motors so we can position them in any reclining position- heat - vibration- cup holders - usb ports- and most of all an adjustable headrest. They are very comfortable and easy to assemble- no tools needed. We highly recommend MCombo!!!

The recliner arrived in 2 separate packages. It was easy to assemble. All the features work very well! It’s comfortable a bit firm for support but soft at the same time. I really like the cupholders and that I can keep my phone charged right from the recliner.

First, the chair was of high quality for a reasonable price. Second, and most important, the customer service is fantastic. My mother was too short for the chair. Not only did they arrange a return with no hassle, they asked for her height and weight to help design a better chair. When I was only given one label to return two boxes, they arranged to do a pickup. I forgot I had it shipped to my brother's house, so they had to arrange another pickup at my house. No problem. Very convenient.
