I purchase this recliner because I was having a surgical procedure and everyone kept telling me that I needed one. I cannot lay flat and am in for a long recovery. I have been using this chair to sleep in since coming home, and I have been extremely comfortable! This chair allows me to position myself in a way that prevents any pressure or stress on my body. I weigh 250 pounds and this chair fits and holds me perfectly. I find the quality to be excellent, the material is durable yet soft and the color is deep and vibrant. The vibrating massager covers from the top of my back to my calves. The lift is strong and works fine with my weight The little extras like the cupholders on both arms, the pocket, and the USB port plug-ins are actually quite useful. I would buy this chair again and again!

I wasn't sure about this chair but we shopped around and a lot of the recliner chairs we were looking for had a lot of features we like but they were too large for my 5'2" disabled father. The delivery was poor because they left it over to the other side of my house. Luckily nobody took the items. It was very accessible for anyone to just roll away with the items being over on the other side of the house. So make sure you NOTE on delivery instructions to deliver in front porch or else you don't know where it will exactly be delivered. I'd give less stars for that but the item itself is incredible. My Dad loves this chair and on the first day, he wasn't sure because he had to figure out the operation. Mind you he has had a stroke and doesn't function quite the same mentally but he is still easily able to learn to use this chair and uses the lift on it all the time. He absolutely loves the chair and wants me to buy another one! I was surprised. I'm so happy to see my Dad sitting so happy on his new recliner. It comes with a massage that he also learned to use as well to my surprise. It's a good size for my father and I. I bought insurance on it because it was so mechanized so hopefully insurance will keep their word on actually covering any future damages. It has heat as well for my father who doesn't have the best blood circulation. I am glad that the heating feature allows for him to keep is other leg warm. He doesn't use that as much as the massage function though. Overall, I'm genuinely pleased and happy and I hope this item continues to last because it's made my father quite happy. He has so many features and the perfect size. I'm just so glad I found this chair. I searched and searched and went to local stores that charge extra for delivery and installation. This was better than I could have imagined. I was concerned because it required some installation but I did it in about 20 mins. Surprisingly so easy and fast. Just connect, connect, connect... So easy for me at least. I would've had to pay an additional $50 for a service person had I ordered a recliner through a popular furniture store. Overall, if you are on the smaller size, this chair matters because the "regular" chairs they sell in most furniture stores appear to be for taller men. If you are 5'6" or less, consider this one. We absolutely love it and I love it because I see my Dad happy using it EVERY DAY. :D

I’m female, 76, and live alone. Getting in and out of chairs is becoming harder. I bought this and crossed my fingers. Slowly, I unpacked and assembled over a day. The instructions were simple, the hardest part was handling the different pieces. They are quite heavy. No tools required. It worked the first time! It is comfortable, easily adjusts to whatever position I want, the heat and massage immediately put me to sleep. There are two cup holders, one for clickers, one for coffee. There are pockets for the controllers, pockets for ? And loops for ? Long story short, feel confident purchasing this chair, it is great.

Love my new chair. Got it just yesterday and I’m very happy so far. It looks beautiful in my living room. The fabric is soft and shiny. Well made. Good quality All the electronics work to my surprise I took a chance on the size. Luckily I ordered the small which is pretty big. Very reasonable price.

Arrived quickly, in two boxes so it was easier to carry in. Assembled in about 10 minutes, no tools. Fabric is very nice, color and pattern are not really to my taste but it is worth it to have a chair that fits me. I’m 4’10” and have always used chairs made for taller people. When I first sat down I was surprised at how small the seat was and worried I should have gotten the medium size, but after sitting in it for a little while I am definitely happy. The adjustable headrest is nice and the heat and massage functions are good. One thing I didn’t expect was that the power control for the recline/lift/footrest would be on one controller while the massage/heat would be on another. Having two controllers attached seems like poor design, but I’m not going to be picky because I’ve got a good chair that actually fits me. After my surgery I have to spend months in this chair and I’m actually looking forward to snuggling up.

I purchased this chair for my mom who has cancer and is under hospice care. The chair was very easy to put together, even as one moderately strong person. It would be even more of a snap with two people. She loves that the headrest and lumbar area are adjustable and the heat and vibration help her sore spine. She has now fallen asleep in the chair twice in the few days that we have had it. It's a winner! Very soft and plush and fits her 5'4", 160 lb. frame perfectly.. Initially we only received one box, but after contacting the seller they were VERY quick to track down the other box and make sure it was routed to us correctly. So far great customer service!
