First off, I will say that, as a whole, I love this chair and I use it all the time. But there are some things about it that prevent me from giving it five stars. The chair assembles easily.... but it’s almost too easy. Like it seems like it could fall apart with the proper force. Now I live alone and only sit in it by myself, so it hasn’t given me any problems. But if you have kids or something that could horse around on it, beware. I got the protection plan, and I would recommend that if that is your situation. I chose this chair because of all its features and those are what I love about it. It has tons of pockets & cupholders plus it swivels, rocks, and even has a pleasant massage feature. All very worth it, and not features found in just any recliner, certainly not at this price. The chair itself it pretty comfortable, though I have experienced much more comfortable recliners while shopping around. That said, I am satisfied with the comfort level. There is just room for improvement there. Also, the chair has developed an annoying creaking when rocking. I haven’t been able to determine what specifically is causing the creaking yet but it can be fairly loud at times. So I will probably be lubricating the springs, etc underneath at some point to try and address this. So that’s annoying. But overall I am very satisfied with my purchase. The features make this chair worth it, but there are some things to look out for here. ... show more

When our chair was first put together I love the way it looked and how easy it was to get it together. But then disappointment came when the heating and massage function did not work. But to my surprise when I contacted the seller they were actually very willing to help me and immediately said they would send me a new remote to see if that was the problem. They sent it and that still didn't fix the problem so back to disappointed again. They offered me a discount on the chair but I told them I really wanted the chair to work so they actually sent me a whole new back of it with all new wiring and another new remote and that did the trick! I don't think I've known a company to have that kind of customer service for a long time. I'm a very happy customer now and I would not be afraid to buy from them again. ... show more

The massage feature was a bit disappointing. It vibrates way too much and you can’t really feel the rollers massaging your muscles. The heat feature? Can’t even feel it. The overall comfort is okay to just relax in, definitely not the best, and I kind of wish I would have chosen a different brand. Bought these for my bedroom sitting room, so they won’t get a lot of use, but it was mainly bought for the massage feature.. which I won’t be using because it only vibrates against my body. ... show more

Super easy to put together. 3 easy steps. Super comfortable for sitting, reading, sleeping. Hard for first 3 times to get the foot rest down but after that it loosened up and is to get down now. Wish the cup holder covers were same color as chair instead of black - if they were cream it would look like a living room chair vs recliner. The heat works well. Massage system is useless, can hardly feel it and it is loud. But I didn't expect it would be good for this price. Overall I love the recliner! ... show more

We are in our late 70's and had no problem putting it together. It is very comfortable and is perfect. My husband is a big man and is very happy with it. It has everything he wanted except USB ports but no big deal as we bought an outlet plug that has them. The swivel will be ideal when we have guests over and are able to turn the chair toward them and can also rock. Love the big cup holders too! Nice purchase! ... show more

Chair arrived defective. The bars on the bottom half were bent, so that you could not attach the top. I’m very disappointed. This was a Christmas gift , and it’s useless.

I got this recliner for my dad since his broke. It's amazing! I sit in it when he's not home lol. The leather is very plush and cool which is nice in South Texas during the summer. The rocking is very smooth and doesn't make any noise! I love that it swivels 360 degrees, makes turning around to get something easy. The massage setting is amazing! It's nice to relax in with rolling balls and heat, it feels very good after working all day. The cup holders and pockets are super convenient! Everything is right where you need it. Now lemme get started on the customer service! We had the chair for a few months and it started leaning to one side and making this loud clicking noise when it was rocking. Then it couldn't recline at all and leaned very heavily to one side. I'm not sure why but perhaps something broke. I contacted the seller and they were so quick in responding to me! They asked to see some pictures and video and sent a whole replacement base, not just a single small part! It was delivered much quicker than I anticipated. I was very impressed with their above and beyond service and will definitely recommend and purchase from them again! ... show more
