This is a great chair, at a great price. The lift is a little slow, but I suppose it's good for an elderly person so it's not too quick and throw off their equilibrium. The massage and heat functions are a nice addition and the chair is comfortable. The power recline is fantastic. There is even a little lumbar pillow that is quite pretty and supportive. The chair is extremely heavy with the motor and all but it was easy enough to put together. It comes in two boxes - one for the base and the other for the back. It just snaps together. The instructions are clearly written. All in all a solid purchase. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is the lift function being so slow. But that could be just the way it should be.
