I have a spinal disorder which prevents me from laying down to sleep. This chair provided a much better place to sleep since it is so nice and wide. There is ample room between the sides to let my arm relax at my sides without being propt up by armrests. It's a great chair for petite people like me. It is much wider than a regular recliner, but built for shorter people. The motor that drives the chair to an almost standing position is very quiet. It arrived in three very large boxes, but it was easy to assemble. You don't need a bunch of tools - the pieces basically slide into matching brackets very easily.

I was hesitant at first to purchase a chair online, but after reading the reviews and how easy it was to symbol, I went ahead and ordered it. The five star reviews were right on. It was easy to assemble my sister and I put it together in 20 minutes. Everything worked fine. The communication with the seller company was excellent and it arrived in a timely matter all three boxes. I definitely would recommend this chair for anyone purchasing for a first time my husband loves the chair. It’s comfortable has massage and heat and recline swell, the only drawback might be that it doesn’t recline as far back as his previous recliner. But I would definitely recommend this purchase.

The chair is big! I like the wide seat where my doggy and I can sit together, that was the reason for purchasing a new recliner. So far I like the chair very much. I hope the motor holds up as that is the only way it can recline. The vibrating part of the chair is quite loud, but also very nice, and the heat is nice as well. Overall, I like the chair very much so far.

Purchased this chair for my 94 year old Mom and it works perfectly for her! Though she is quite ambulatory now I anticipate that she will eventually need help to get out of the chair when alone, this chair will slowly lift, heat, massage, and recline making it almost as comfortable as her bed making it a pleasure to watch TV from or for falling asleep while binge watching her favorite shows. The controls are easy to understand and the massaging is effective sensibly designed. Massages back, lower back, seat, and legs - has large cupholders for beverages and is made with easy to clean fabric that holds up and is durable even with constant use. Mom loves it!

Have been on the hunt for a new recliner for my husband for the last year. Seems like the majority were huge & bulky & only available in hideous colors. This recliner is compact, attractively designed, & the dark gray is a classy color. Be prepared to have assistance with getting 2 huge boxes into your home with one being extremely heavy. UPS left them by the door and luckily my husband was able to use a delivery cart to bring it into the garage. Our situation required bringing everything up 15 stairs to get to the living room & it wasn’t easy. Assembly was not difficult and the instructions were clear. No tools are required and everything just clicks or plugs together. I’m happy with this purchase & would recommend it as a nice option if you want your furniture to look a bit stylish as well as being functional.

I bought this for my 91 year old mother in law. My wife and her sisters were having a tough time finding a chair they thought their Mom would like. I decided to take a chance and buy this chair based off the online reviews. The chair arrived on time. It took approx. 15 minutes to assemble. My mother in law loves the chair. She especially likes the massage function. We went with the oversized chair to give her as much room as possible. We wanted the fabric instead of the leather to avoid having her slip out of the chair in the "raised" position. Hopefully she can get good service out of it. It seems to be well made. Solid frame. Extremely quiet. Very pleased with my selection. I recommend to anyone looking for this type of recliner.

I wanted to share our experience because others might have this struggle themselves. Our mom does not leave the house except doctors appoinments and had big struggles with sleeping and seating, we decided about a year and a half ago to look for a lift chair. She can't really leave to shop for a lift chair, so my sibling bought her a beuatiful lift chair from a furniture store made for "petite" people. She wouldn't really sit in it and wouldn't let her return it because it was so attractive. Over the year we have been dealing with edema and no good way to put her feet up. Feed up, I measured her lift chair currently and went shopping. This was the ONLY lift chair that I found that measured appropriately for someone under 5'2". She loves it, and the heat and message are just a bonus! She finally can fit her backside in it with comfort and room so her sides are not squished and she can put her feet on the floor to use the lift properly. Her only complaint was there are cup holders on the front of both arms, which is where her nurse therapist want her to use to boost herself out of the chair. It looks like a soft lazy boy recliner and the material is nice. Another bonus is it was AFFORDABLE compared to the others I found. If you have the need for under 5'4" and need room in the seat area, this is the chair!
