First, let me say that the chair fits my 6'2" father perfectly. My father had a bad back injury, so I bought him two of these chairs for the house. My goals were simple, and the chair delivered on all of them: 1. Help him to transition to and from a standing position 2. Be comfortable for him to recline and sleep in since his bed wasn't helping 3. A very smooth motion, so it wouldn't agitate his already bad back. 4. Ergonomic enough for him to spend long hours in the chair comfortably This MCombo chair was all of these and more. It is smooth and quiet as it transitions. It looks more costly than it is, and the controls are as simple as it gets: just two buttons. Cup holders, USB chargers, and even a tasteful lumbar support pillow. All of these conveniences were bonuses. As happy as I was with the chairs, I was even happier with the customer support. One of the chairs arrived with a small defect, and MCombo quickly shipped a replacement. The customer service rep was kind and understanding of my situation. I am probably going to buy at least one more of these for my mom in the next few months because I am so happy with it, and then my parents could enjoy television side by side.

I can't say enough about the great customer service that this company has provided to me. I purchased this recliner in April 2021, and it worked fine until April 2023, one of the welded brackets broke and the chair was looped side and you could not recliner in it. We had to put supports under the chair just to be able to sit in it. Overall, the chair itself is very nice and comfortable and the USB ports are so handy. I was going to trash the chair and buy a new one but while trying to decide what to buy, I placed my 3 star review. I was contacted by the seller a couple times before I replied, but oh what great joy for me that I did. They expressed concern for my problem, they asked for pictures of the broken piece and they offered to replace the base, even though I did not buy the warranty. I can tell you, I thought it was a joke, they offered to send me a new base at no cost to me. Yes, I accepted. They kept me informed of the shipping and it arrived in a timely manner and the chair is operational again. Thank you to the seller. Of course, this chair shows the regular wear and tear on the headrest because the type of material but without any hesitation, I would buy from this seller again and I would highly recommend them. And let me say this is the easiest recliner chair that I have ever assembled. Luckily for me I kept the paperwork from the original purchase which showed me where the release tabs were located, without that, i would have been lost. So, the only suggestion I would give, is to include assembly instructions.

The chair was easy to put together, comfortable. My husband is 7 ft so the seat was not long enough for him; however, the height/back rest is perfect. I wish the lift/recline mechanism ran a little faster. He loves his chair!

Update: March 30, 2023 The company was in constant contact with me over the last month regarding the chair purchases. After much back and forth, they have generously allowed me to keep the chair I did receive, and refunded my purchase price plus tax. This was overwhelmingly kind and greatly appreciated after all the frustration . I would highly recommend that you purchase from this company as they have great follow up and excellent communication. They also requested me to give them more details so that they could contact the manufacturer about the flaws in the chair. Don’t hesitate to order from this company. Although the company was responsive to my complaints, I was not able to return the chair due to not retaining the original boxes. This chair is not described in the way that it actually works. It is a very basic chair. I ordered this one along with another model that was an Amazon return, and half the price. This chair arrived ahead of schedule, the chair that was discounted never arrived. I feel like this company did a bait and switch on me. I planned for two chairs for under $1000 and ended up with one inadequate chair that I paid $609 for. I do not recommend this chair. Although it has the desired 74” reclining length, that is about the only good thing about this chair. It is not comfortable, the way it reclines is very unstable. The lift portion would work well if you were only 5 foot two. I do like the material.

I had bought this for when I had a seasonal elderly visitor stay with us so he was comfortable and could get to his feet without help. He was a big fella and so am I (6'7", 300#) so I went with this chair. I've now had it just over a year and a half with nearly daily use. The cushions are shot and the back just broke (the frame of the back broke in half) this week. The chair served it's purpose, but did not live as long as I would've hoped. Slightly disappointed, but when you're my size, nothing survives very long...

Bought the chair for my Father who is in a nursing home after 7 months the chair will no longer work! For the price you would think it would last longer! The quality is not good. I would not recommend!! Now he is with until we can get a new one!
