    • Great chair, all 3 boxes came the same day!
I normally don’t write many reviews, but this experience definitely deserves one. I was aware of the 3 box delivery, but they all came the same day. The hardest part was dealing with all the cardboard. Everything fit perfectly and the connections were straightforward, just make sure they are tight. I read some reviews that the chair movements were noisy, mine is very quiet. There are some small pockets in front of the cup holders that the remotes could fit in, but the cup holders work also, you really only need one for your beverage. You can use this chair as a bed, reclines perfectly flat. The vibrations work on your back, lumbar, thighs and legs, all together or separately And you can change the intensity of the vibe and set the timer. Very well made, very comfortable and affordable. The only issue is that the charging port in the right side doesn’t work, but it’s probably something I’m doing wrong, no big deal really. Very nice quality upholstery. Easy to assemble , 20 minutes to assemble. Bought for my elderly father. Remote is simple and easy to operate by someone with limited mobility. My father is enjoying his recliner and no longer sits in his wheelchair all day . We only have it one week but so far we are pleased with this product. ... show more

    • Great recliner at a good price
I love this recliner. It has replaced a 30+ year old LaZBoy. It arrived in 2 boxes and my husband assembled it easily and quickly. The electric control to recline makes it easy to adjust for relaxing, watching tv, and even sleeping. Many nights when my hips wake me up with pain, I switch from our bed to the recliner to get a good nights sleep. It will recline to nearly flat and remains totally stable in that position. We selected this model that helps you get up to standing because while we don't need that feature now, we are not getting any younger. The heat and massage functions are nice, but haven't used them much. They seemed to work well when I tested them, but don't do much for shoulders and neck.     • Do not buy. It is junk. Will break and NO customer support. $100 per sit.
I purchased this chair for my 75 year old father with mobility issues. After using it 7 times and less than 20 days, it got stuck in the reclined position and he could not get out. Chair now just makes a high pitch beep noise and will not move, blocking the whole room. I emailed customer service 3 days over a week and despite their promise to respond in 24 hours, I have not gotten any help. I called during their posted hours and it just goes to voicemail with no return call. They will not accept returns because it is was opened. Now my dad has nowhere to sit, I have to find buy a new chair for several hundred more dollars and figure out how to get this brand new piece of junk to the dump. ... show more

    • Not just for the elderly!

I happened to need a new chair AND had knee surgery. I was having trouble getting out of the old chair and the sofa, and a dining room chair, which was somewhat easier to get out of, was uncomfortable for the raised-leg resting I need for recuperation, I suffered for a few days and finally researched and chose this chair. I chose the Infinite Position (it also has heat and massage), as I could then place my leg where I needed it, not in a pre-designated position. My son brought the 3 boxes into the family room for me (1 is really heavy and in most cases might need 2 people to move it) and while I did not time him, it must have been right around 20-25 minutes to assemble - NO TOOLS NEEDED. This is such a game changer for my recuperation! It also looks good and unless you are using the lift part of the mechanism, it looks like a regular recliner and fits in beautifully in my family room. An added bonus is that when my Mother-in-law visits, she will now have a chair perfect for her visit! My kids wait patiently for me to go to bed and as soon as the lift mechanism safely and gently gets me on my feet, one of them (or my hubby) is headed for the chair! My son was discussing it with a friend who has a family member getting ready for surgery so they wanted all of the details - I had taken a pic of my order from my phone and passed it along, I would recommend this chair to ANYONE, surgery issues or not! Maybe you have a family member who visits who can benefit from the power lift, but even without needing the lift, this is a GREAT recliner! Very well made. Slept in the chair after surgery for 2 months. Chair reclines flat so comfortable! Heat and vibration were a plus. Ease in getting up was life saving! Highly recommend this chair.

    • Excellent recliner, just as described
I would have given this recliner 5 stars if it had been shipped with a manual or instructions of how to watch a video to set it up. That is available on the Amazon web site and it is necessary to set up the chair. You can also request a manual from MCombo and they will send you one which I did, but it should be included in the packaging. I am 6'3" and the recliner has an extension to the footrest so it fits me well. All of the other functions work as described.The product is shipped in three boxes which makes it easy to get inside your home and set up is easy if you have the video. I do wish there were more convenient place to keep the remotes though but I use the cup holders, I highly recommend this recliner. Customer service has been very responsive to answer questions and send the operating manual. ... show more
