We ordered the LARGE chair and it had cup holders, USB ports, heat and vibrating and fulll laying flat plus full stand position. We ordered the cloth cover as we have leather couches, but the cloth is like a thick herring bob=ne and will be very comfy...and it is. I can now sleep flat out and if needed, can stand up out of the chair. So, yes, you get what you pay for. And, Assembly wasn't so easy, the bottom section is quite heavy so plan on have someone help you assemble it. Also, this chair, as its large, comes in three boxes. Why the large? It has enough room and heights way over the other chairs of this type. So, yes, bigger is better! ... show more

I am 6'5" and my back was constantly hurting. I tried for 2 weeks, but no dice. The fabric was great and I discovered no defects. A little too stiff for me. Easy to assemble for a recliner and can't think of any way to make it easier.

So far so good. Luv all of the features, super easy to put together, no problem with everything working right away. Had a much more expensive Ultra Care which fell apart so many times and I was about to be charged another $600 for service. And they wouldn't even guarantee that it would be fixed. I declined. This chair is less than half the cost of the other, and is just as substantial . From a reputable company that has high reviews. Totally satisfied as of now. At least I put my $$ to good use instead of flushing it down the toilet again. ... show more

I'm changing my original review below. I suppose as a result the company came through and FedEx'd us a replacement. I've held off with my comments until my wife had time to see how she likes it. She does so thank you for the replacement. It works much better ... I bought for my wife who has been pretty much been living in one for 3 years. It broke down and she tried a couple and was disappointed so I hoped this one would make her happy. BTW we're both in our 80s, I have MS and she's barely able to walk. We managed to get it into the house even though it was not delivered to our back door at the top of the handicap ramp. That was a struggle. We managed to assemble it ourselves BUT the right arm will not set correctly and when laying it back to sleep the right side drops several inches and makes sleeping difficult and painful. I wanted to return it but the boxes were gone because they were in the rain before getting it up the ramp and inside. We had no way to get them to UPS etc either and I imagine the cost of boxing and shipping would be huge. So we're looking for a better one ... show more

Disappointing chairs but excellent customer service. I bought 2 of these chairs and had to send both back due to mechanical issues and customer was excellent in the service they provided
