You get what you pay for. This is affordable and looks good while being easy to put together. If you're 6'2'' like me you won't find it very comfortable. The end of the foot rest is very hard and hurts my feet or ankles because my feet hang off. Should recline a little more also.

Assembly was pretty straightforward it arrived in four boxes. Two of them are heavy, but I was able to assemble by myself. It's a little tricky getting the seat backs in properly as the use slots on either side. The power cords are color coded and connections were made easily. Probably using two people will make assembly easier and faster. Overall, we are very satisfied with this double power recliner. Not bad the wires came wonky and didn't connect where they were suppose to and it's very solid in terms of comfortability but it's easy to put together and works like it's suppose to.

The customer service is awesome. We had an issue with both heat/massage remotes and the customer service was right on top of it getting us the replacement parts with-in three days.

Worst piece of furniture I’ve ever purchased. Not worth the money I paid. Had two pieces already replaced and now a spring poking up in the seat that also sits at a slant and foot rest on other seat doesn’t sit flush to the frame. Don’t purchase!
