    • You don't need to spend $1000+ to get a great powered recliner!

I bought this chair to replace an old recliner and so far, it's great. I received it on August 24th and so far, everything works great. First, the assembly was extremely easy. All of the parts lock together with little or no trouble. The only part I had to press on a little bit was the back but even that didn't take much. The wires are very easy to access and the remotes are very simple to hook up. All you do is match colors and connector types. Second, the material is surprisingly soft for the price point. I have sat in the nude on this chair for a good period of time and it feels surprisingly good on my skin. This feels like a chair that I could actually sleep in, and I don't ever sleep in chairs. Finally third, the functions and adjustments for the powered part of the chair work great. The vibrations hit just the right points and aren't very loud. There's also 9 different settings for the vibration presets. The lumbar heater works okay if you don't have a shirt on, otherwise, you don't really feel it that much. The chair fully reclines in less than 10 seconds and puts you close to flat. Finally the complaints. The arms do move a little bit from side to side, but it's not excessive and isn't a structural weakness. The remote that came with the chair started acting up the day after I got it, however, the seller was very responsive and sent a replacement that showed up less than a week after I messaged him. Finally, the lumbar heater isn't very hot and you pretty much need to be shirtless to really feel it. None of these complaints are major or affected my rating for this chair. Overall, this is an amazing chair that proves you don't need to spent $1000+ on a powered chair to get great quality and comfort. The complaints are super minor and have no bearing on how much I love this chair. If you are looking for a powered recliner with massagers and a heater, this is a must buy. ... show more

I purchased this on 11/12/23 and it took about a week to arrive. We followed the easy instructions & assembly was a sync! When I sat in the chair it felt like I was sitting on bricks! Hard as a ROCK. I put pillows down but remember, if you add those then the massage portion is dimmed. Within 3 days the right corner would not fold in. Without a passenger the chair worked fine. Once you sit, lift up the leg rest all is fine. Once you put the leg rest down it hangs on that corner until you get out of the chair & then you hear a "Clang" sound & it shuts. I notified the seller & they sent me a replacement right away! (Great Customer Service!) We installed the replacement "bottom" and for some reason this new one the seat is soft & comfy! Wow, I'm so glad the bottom part didn't work properly so I could get this new soft seat instead, just what I wanted!! Now all is right with the world (haha). Remember if you have an issue contact the seller first, don't give a nasty review until you have given the sellers time to fix the problem, because they will! I love my new(er) recliner now.     • Not happy! Never buying chairs online again.

The chair was easy to assemble and the fabric is luxurious but that's where the good ends. It's extremely uncomfortable. No lumbar support at all. There are two "pipes" in the footrest that dig into your calves. I think these are the vibrators. This chair was recommended for after back surgery. I certainly don't recommend it. I had to make a pillow for the lumbar area and a two inch foam pad for the footrest. I tried to return it but I no longer had the original boxes and I was going to have to pay the shipping. I'll either shove it into a corner of the basement or try to give it away. I've learned my lesson. Always try the chair in the store before purchase. ... show more

I bought this chair for a six week stint requiring I elevate my leg. The foot extension kept my feet up rather than dangling. Features are great like the remote. Haven’t tried massage or heat yet.the chair is comfortable and for a recliner look nice.

    • Nice Chair BUT Heat Function Died in 5 Months and Massage Function in Process of Dying!

This chair was for my adult disabled son who was SO excited about getting it and absolutely LOVED it. Very Nice (blue) and super comfortable. My daughter and son-in-law put it together for him when they came in July and it seemed to be easy for them. He sits in it almost every day and the power function works great. But a week or so ago the heat function just died out. Now the massage function is slowly going out so he is super disappointed. I tried looking up problems online but nothing seemed to address it. The entire purpose of this recliner was for the massage and heat function! And while I didn't expect it to last forever, it wasn't put together until the beginning of July so that makes only 5 months of the heat and massage functions working. That is really NOT Acceptable! I don't know if there is a way to fix this or what. I am hoping the Sellers will reach out to me and advise! Surely this is not the normal for this chair. Any directions must have gone out with the box, but the chair does not appear damaged in any way. Is the heat and massage function controlled by a battery or what?
