I wanted to get my 98 yr old mom a lift chair for her birthday, living 5 hours away I needed to purchase it online. I looked up the top 10 chairs and this Mcombo was on the list, and was one of the few that had the heat and massage feature. I ordered it on Sat. and it was due in Wed., which worked great as we were going down on Thursday to put it together. It actually showed up on Sunday, the day after we ordered it. It was easy to put together, we had it set up and working, but in the final checklist noticed we missed a slot and it was listing to one side. We easily undid a few steps and fixed the listing only to find out the massage and heat features now weren't working. This was late on Friday evening. I did all the troubleshooting and then called the help line and had to leave a message. I was concerned that we would have to send the whole chair back, and we had to head home on Sunday, unsure who could handle that task. I received a call from the company first thing Monday morning and was told I had to fill out a claim form. We did it easily. I received an email the next day and they sent out a new remote for the heat/massage feature. That didn't solve the problem and I emailed them back letting them know. I received an email back stating that they would be sending out a whole new seat back. We got that in two days, and that fixed the problem. I have to say that their customer service was amazing! The chair was elegant to fit into my Mom's living room, comfortable even without the extra heat/massage feature, the lift really helped her get up and down, and the price was very reasonable. I love chair, but I would call it small not medium! Im not an overweight person. I feel for a medium the seat should be a little wider. I can’t imagine what the small is!! Except for that it’s good. I also sleep in mine.

I am very happy with this order overall. The wine color is exactly what I wanted and the price is great for all the bells and whistles. The order arrived within 2 days, much quicker than expected and was very easy to assemble. It probably took me 15 minutes (after getting all the packaging off). Just be aware, one of the 2 boxes it comes in was very heavy and needs to people if moving. I did it myself and basically just rolled it up the step and into the house, and slid it it to where I would assemble it. I have had a few days and it's not particularly comfortable just sitting in it normally (but that's not why you buy a recliner), but once reclined, even slightly, it is very comfortable. I prefer my seating a bit firm and this is perfect. The massage portion is the vibration kind, I have yet to try the heating function. So far so good, as I am happy with my purchase! ... show more
