I’m about a chair for my mother. She loves it. It lives so nice and slow where it doesn’t make her feel like she’s going to be thrown out of the chair. She loves it. For those to say it move slow. It’s supposed to. It’s for the handicap or elderly. They’re comfortable with things moving slow not fast. It is a great vibe. Carmine red is a beautiful color that is the color I got for my mother. Awesome chair has he has massaging. It’s an awesome chair. And it is easy to put together really easy. Took two of us, but we did it in 20 minutes. ... show more

    • Great value for the money!
Size: Large Color: Coffee
Recent update! 9/18/23. It has now been a couple years since I bought my chair. After the company sent me a back replacement, the back has been good. The padding in the seat did hold up good for the first year but started breaking down to where it was getting uncomfortable. I purchased a gel pad and it works perfect. Maybe they need to consider this product as a padding for the seat for longer durability. Chair works great still as far as the controls and power. Heat and massage came in handy after my recent surgery. My biggest problem now is the footrest. No padding hardly. Especially where my heals sit on the end or on the edge, I can feel nothing but a board. I have put a blanket on the footrest to take care of this problem. It is just difficult to navigate when putting the chair up and down. Lol. I still consider this a good purchase and appreciate the company listening to feedback from the customers to improve their product! I hope anyone who purchases this chair will enjoy it as much as I have! The only thing I dislike is the lack of padding in front of the hard baffles in the lumbar area. I will try to add some stuffing to this area later. When I sit down, this area wants to push down due to the lack of cushion in this area, but otherwise a super nice chair. There is a zipper in the back where additional cushion can be added. So easy to put together by our son, comfortable and leans back perfect! So many people did not comment that the footrest height. When all the way back, raises to about 20” which is perfect! Material is really nice as I went for the coffee fabric color. Now looking for one like this for my husband. He likes it too! Update: after writing the above review, the company contacted me and asked about the problems I was having with my chair back. They listened to concerns and gladly sent me another back replacement. After I replaced the back with the new back, I am so pleased with my chair! The customer service is fantastic!! Looking for a great chair? This is it!! ... show more

    • Good chair and great price...
I bought this for my 90yrs old father. He is getting too old to walk and mostly sleep at home. So, I bought this chair for mainly 2 purpose while having a comfortable chair to sit in. 1. Help him lift his body out of the chair. He is 90years old and does not exercise, so he is gaining quite a bit in the mid-section and getting harder and harder to get up. 2. Massage his thigh... Since he is refusing to do general exercise, this will help his blood circulate (I hope). What is good about the chair: 1. Very easy to assemble. There are 4 pieces (2 sides, 1 back and 1 seat) that are slide in together. I am a novice and it took less than 5 minutes to do that. The sliding of the back took a little more time in order to align correctly. There there is 2 small "floor-frame-stablizer/extender) that you need to screw in order to help the chair for not moving; those are not too bad either; 2 screws per piece; and you do not need a tool for them. Finally, the connection of the "power" (one for the recliner; and one for the massage/heat) took another 5-7 minutes. I finish the whole thing (not the unpacking:) in about 20 minutes. 2. It felt comfortable and "sturdy" enough (I see some comments about break down in 6 months; so I am going to wait for the final verdict on that one :D) Other comments: 1. The massaging is "light" but adequate for my mother. We are Asians and my mother have a light body. My dad is "heavier"; so I am not entirely sure. 2. There are 2 set of white/red wires connectors in the back; the instruction brooklet didn't specify to connect them; but they are to be connected if you want the massage for the seat (butt and leg area). It should be pretty obvious. 3. My father is about 5'2"; supposedly the right size for this chair. But his legs would need to be dangle off the ground if he is to sit comfortably "in" with his lower back being supported. I think this is the one thing I would complain for now. Not sure how to fix it at this point; wish there is a shower room to really try out the chair. ... show more

    • This is a petite chair! Not for a large or tall person!
My mother is 84. She is 4'10" tall. I thought ordering a lift chair was going to be easy...not! I had no idea that you fit the chair to the person. That is until I dug a little deeper. Due to mobility issues, Mom needed a new recliner, a lift chair. I was so overwhelmed trying to order the right height, width, heat, massage, lift, color, material, delivery time, assembly, and even cup holders! Who knew! When I ran across this site, it ticked all the boxes. I had a couple of other people check it out. Then the real test. Mom had to approve. She picked a color she liked. We ordered it and when it came, assembly time...ugh!!! After a few missteps, we followed the directions and it was literally a snap! The sides slide and snap in, the back snaps in. Assemble the cords, plug it in and relax: with heat and massage! I will admit, I tried it out first and only when I was convinced that it was right for Mom, did I let her give it a go. She loves it! It is very comfortable and the remotes make it easy to adjust, turn on and off. The back is high enough to support the head and the foot rest is sturdy. It reclines far enough back to lay almost flat and the lift helps her stand up slow and steady. It has cup holders and side pockets and the fabric seems pretty durable and it looks nice. There are assembly instructions included and also disassembly instructions if needed. She had had it for a few months now, and she is still loving it; one of the best purchases we have made! ... show more

Although this recliner did not work for my mother’s specific needs after heart surgery, it may still be a great option for others. The chair appears well-made, looks nice, and was easy to assemble. It is firmer and smaller than we expected, so it may be better suited for someone looking for a more compact, supportive recliner rather than a soft, oversized one. Unfortunately, it wasn’t comfortable enough for my mom during her heart surgery recovery, but that doesn’t take away from the overall quality of the product. Customer service was understanding, excellent and very responsive, which I truly appreciated. Shipping was fast too! ... show more

    • A Really Nice Chair
Size: Small Color: Grey
The chair comes in two boxes and arrived in pristine condition. It is easy to assemble and worked perfectly out of the box. I was looking for a comfortable chair for my wife while taking into account she is small and weighs less than 135 lbs. It fits her perfectly and is one of the most comfortable chairs I've sat in. For larger/heavier people, I would suggest the two motor version to ensure satisfaction over the long haul. I will probably order another one of the single motor for myself. ... show more

    • Concerns starting to appear about longevity
Size: Medium Color: Coffee
UPDATED 12/2/25: After a year of use in our own home, our recliner has started creaking/popping when it is reclined or put back into an upright position. I'll have to flip it over and see if there is anything I can lube to address the issue. It still works, but it is noisy when it is reclined. Original 8/2024: My family has purchased 3 of these recliners now, as we've been so impressed with the first recliner we received. My mom, my father-in-law, and now my aunt have all received one. Each has physical challenges that this recliner helps with, be it the lift feature, or the heat and vibration features. The only downside I can see is the complexity of the cords you have to connect when setting this recliner up. They can take a few minutes to figure out and plan, but once they're put together, the chair is a real bargain. We'll likely be buying a fourth recliner as our old LaZBoy is about used up and needs to be replaced. Also, it'll be a welcome feature to have when one of our relatives visits that could use the lift boost. ... show more

Ordering the chair according to your height makes a big difference. The old chair was not ordered to the height and this one was, what a difference. It is so much more comfortable. The massage part is great.
