Bought for my 88 year old mother. Assembling was so easy and well made including all metal frame. The sides and back slid right into the base with metal guides, then locked in. All the wired connections including remotes were easy to access, plugged together then housings twisted to lock. We are very impressed with ease of assembly and quality. My mother loves the comfort, fabric, lift function, head cushion that doesn’t push her head forward causing neck pain and the heat and massage functions. She says the heat & massaging has helped her back pain already. The HOME button on remote is wonderful to return recliner to regular position with one button. Shipping was in 2 boxes and was received in less than a week. If it holds up we may have found the perfect chair❣️

The chair comes in 3 boxes. Only 1 box the base requires two people to carry. My daughter-in-law put chair together in 15 minutes. It is very easy to assemble and connect wiring. I would suggest putting base in place first so you do not have to move chair after assembly. The heat feature is really nice and I found the to heat very well. The massage features are nice not too intense and can be adjusted as to area and intensity and time. The loops to hold chair's remotes is a great idea as are the ample sized cup holders. The fabric is very cozy. I do not need the lift feature yet, but I have tried it and makes getting out of the recliner much easier. Very happy with purchase.

My wife had shoulder surgery and the doctor recommended sleeping in a recliner instead of bed during recuperation. It’s been a month now and she is healing nicely and sleeping as well as could be expected. Product arrived in a timely manner in two boxes. One box contained the recliner back and padding and was light and easy to get up the stairs to our living room. The second box contained the recliner base with the motors and was much heavier, but still doable for me (68 years old) to get up the stairs by myself. Product was well packed and undamaged. Assembly was not difficult, requiring only about 20 minutes. Assembly instructions were easy to follow. User instructions are pretty comprehensive, but the controls are fairly intuitive. The recliner is comfortable and has all the features we were looking for. Operation of the reclining seat, back and leg supports is quite and smooth. We didn’t think the exit assist (launch) feature would be useful, but it has come in handy as she only has use of one arm. After one month of 24/7 use there is no sign of wear and everything is functioning well. Electronic ports are useful for keeping phones charged and cup holders and pouches keep controllers and drinks handy. Overall, we are very pleased with this product and would recommend it, thinking of getting another for me.

The fabric on this chair is very soft, the cushioning is above average, but the color was Way Off (this is the only reason so far for the 4 star review) I ordered the blue which showed as a royal blue, but it is a deep navy almost black color. Assembly was easy, (my hubby is very handy with this) I ordered the medium-wide size, I'm 5'3" and it fits me very well. All the electronics work as they should. I do notice a small side movement when using the lift at the very beginning, but then it becomes smooth all the way up. I have arthritis in my lower back and this will really help on days that it flares up. I'm also looking at knee replacement and this will allow me to take care of myself sooner with less help getting out of a chair. This is a very large chair and needs enough clearance to get to the Zero Gravity setting. But with an open floor design I do have room for it. I like the footrest extension and find this chair to be so very comfortable, it is well worth the price with the options that it provides. The only downside of this chair is the color, but I can change that with the simple addition of a throw blanket or cover. I had shopped around at local furniture stores and none offered the Zero Gravity (which I really wanted), they cost thousands of dollars so I was a bit nervous that this was so affordable, but this chair has all the bells and whistles and is Very Affordable. I purchased the extended warranty so I don't have any worries for the next 2 years as far as the motors go. This is well worth the money and I'm very happy with my purchase.

Let me start by saying I’ve had numerous spine surgeries, multiple broken bones, and pretty much live in constant pain. There are times when the only hope for any sleep is in my chair. I looked at many chairs, studied reviews, etc. and decided to order this one. It just came yesterday but I must say I’m very happy with it. Pros: perfect size for me as a 5’4” woman, the chair is very comfortable, the seat and back is perfect - not too firm and not too soft, the fabric is beautiful, it adjusts easily to a variety of comfortable positions, the shorter armrests are nice because I can use them to grip when I don’t need to use the lift option (my motto is to do as much as you can for as long as you can!) the usb ports are great eliminating the need to twist and grope around looking for the electrical outlet, this chair requires only one electrical plug and not two like many others do, the extra few inches of concealed foot rest really provide good support for your feet and is helpful when tucking in my lap blanket so my feet don’t get cold. Cons: the heat option could be warmer and it would be nice if it could warm my shoulders too. Really no big deal and I do have a small shawl like heating pad I can use for that area if I need it. Also, should a power outage occur while fully reclined, it would be a struggle to get out of the chair. Since I’ve never encountered that situation in decades I’m not worried about it but some may be. Overall, this chair is amazing and so much better than the lift chair I purchased for twice the price that hurts my back to sit in because it’s so darn hard! That chair has languished in my garage for about 10 years. Buy the chair! I think you’ll be very happy with it too!
