This chair is super comfortable, and is so feature-packed that it is fun to sit in, just to experience and try out all of the features--massagers, heating, lift up, almost-flat reclining, etc. Surprisingly, it was fairly easy to assemble, although the base is extremely heavy--be sure you have a helper to move it around to where you want it. The chair is well made and sturdy, and it fits perfectly where we wanted it to go. The nice big pockets on the side, and the two cup holders, as well as the other features and overall comfort, make this a chair that is perfect for our use. My wife is very happy with her new lift chair. She has back issues that make it difficult to stand and this chair has really help her mobility and comfort. The chair has heat and message it critical areas of the back and legs. The padding fits her small frame perfectly and is firm but soft. The base of the chair is very heavy but once unpacked and in place it was easy to assemble the arms, back and connect the color coded cables. The is a remote for chair and one for the heat/massage. The head rest was a bit disappointing because lifting the foot rest also lowers the back and head position making it a little harder to watch TV. The operation from the home position encountered a bump at lift off and return. One side will lift before the other and one side contacts sooner creating a slight side motion. There was a pad at contact on the left side but not the right as if they tried to correct tis issue. I place a pad on the right as well but the problem still occurred. This hiccup does not effect the operation of the chair but is a minor annoyance. ... show more

This is my first day with this chair and I can honestly tell you that I am in love! The chair is soft, comfortable, easy to understand. I had this installed professionally just to make sure it was done right. It was shipped. Well packaged and with care. Now, if it holds up, I will be staying in. In love, the professional I spoke to when he was installing, told me that he had no problems with these chairs. I'm looking into getting the warranty coverage because I think that's the safe thing to do. This chair has all the bells and whistles I was looking for at a decent price. Great product, very comfortable, BUT… The ON/OFF switch is way down in the back of the unit, close to the motor; see picture. Why? Why not in one of the remotes, where the user doesn’t have to get out of the chair and get down to resch it. Poor design!!

    • Manual information for contacting manufacturer was in correct

After receiving chair and assembling nothing worked, manual read when powering up unit should hear a beep then controls will light up, it heating and massager control gets hot shout unit off and unplug. That is exactly what happened, the manual gives you a phone number and a time zone I’m in the ET time zone and the manufacturer is in the PT time zone, so when I call I’m with in there time zone of corse I get a answer to a recording to leave a message but message board is full and the times there open is different then manual. Next I call Amazon and get ahold of a operator she a was very helpful she said I could return for credit or replace with another chairlift or she would let the manufacturer know and they would contact me be email, I got the manufacturer to email me it took minutes I got a email from manufacturer asking what problems I was having and witch controls were not working I explained that nothing worked and heat control gets hot, next email I got read we will be sending you a new bottom and a new back with controls you will need to move the armrests over, with in I had the new parts and my lift chair with massage and heat worked perfectly, I would have gave 5 stars if I didn’t have to get in touch with Amazon and manufacture, ... show more
