I would have given it 5-stars but the seat cushion could use more 'stuffing' or a stronger foam in the seat, otherwise I'm very satisfied with the chair and all it's functions and storage areas. I would definitely purchase again and hopefully by that time they will have increased the amount of cushion 'stuffing'! I find all of the settings to be very comfortable and easy to obtain. This had everything I was looking for for my elderly father. It isn't overly wide/big (we have limited space) and the remote for head/foot adjustment is easy to use. The fabric quality/stuffing isn't luxurious or anything (not expected to be different, it's not an expensive chair) and the "vibration/massage" mode isn't very intense. The vibrations transmit a lot of sound through the wood floor via the "feet" of the chair when in use. My recliner was received one day earlier than planned. The two boxes arrived separately on successive days. The FedEx driver put them inside the front door for me. I assembled the recliner in thirty minutes with no difficulty. The video instructions were all I needed along with the main picture in the directions. All the functions of the chair worked properly. I am very pleased with the reclinerโ€™s comfort. The dual function works to create the position I need. The โ€œReturnโ€ button is a good feature. Also, he extra small extension provides leg support all the way out to my feet, which now do not hang over the end upon full extension. The arms, back and seat of this recliner are soft and comfortable, which is important because I will frequently use it for sleeping due to back issues.
