This chair was a gift for my 95 year young Dad. He loves it. The recliner is very stable, it helps him to stand up and helps control his sitting down. It is very comfortable to sit in for prolonged period of time. It is quite to operate. It has terrific functionality: heat in the back and seat also does multiple vibrate message patterns. The best thing is its ability due to multiple motors to lay flat with feet raised higher than the heart. This can be pm beneficial for persons with edema, diabetes, and cardiovascular issues. Easy to put together, fabric is soft, beige in color. A nice addition to our living room. The chair design is traditional recliner and the size is medium built for 250 - 275 lbs. Oops one more + the head has an adjustment !!! Wonderful recliner.

This comes in 3 boxes. The largest box, the base, is heavy. You will need two people or a dolly because it is heavy and large/awkward. Instructions aren't great but if you are handy it is pretty easy to figure out where not to put the wires. It is very comfortable! My wife is disabled/dementia and this was perfect to help get her on her feet. The foot rest works in tandem with the back and seat position so you tilt back as the legs come up. I prefer a leg rest that works independent of the rest of the chair so not what I expected but not worth returning. The massage works as described. There are three intensity levels but I don't notice much/any difference and the remote doesn't seem to tell you what intensity it is producing. There is just a button and you press three times to cycle through the intensity, but there is no separate indicator to show the current intensity. The heat takes a long time to get to temperature. The full recline is very comfortable. The cloth material is very soft. Overall I am happy with the purchase.

I purchased 2 of these lift chairs for my wife and me a little over 3 months ago; we are both in our 80s and weigh about 200 pounds each. As expected, wife had open heart surgery a month ago and needs the lift support to avoid chest pain. Neither of us use the heat or vibration capability nor the USB charging port. We both like the fit, comfort, and recline/lift aspects of our chairs. Assembly was very easy and quick- I did it by myself. Chairs appear to be a good value at this price point.

We are using the chair so my wife can stand up without someone helping her. The chair does it for her! She is 5’9” and the medium chair is perfect. The fact that the back and seat can be adjusted independently so she can get into a comfortable position for setting, resting, etc is a great feature. Heat and message options are great too. Especially the heat for the buttocks. She needs heat in that area. Prior to purchasing the chair she was using a heating pad. The chair is very comfortable and looks great too, all at a good price. Delivery was quick. I was surprised how quickly it came. The only thing I think could be improved is the backlighting on the remote. It is on continuously and is very bright. Which is good one one hand so it’s easy to see. But it’s too bright at night if you’re trying to sleep in the chair. We simply put it in one of the pockets and it’s not an issue. Overall we’re very happy with our purchase and recommend the Mcombo lift chair.

The media could not be loaded. Do not buy. Product arrived defective. Wobbly and back does not recline. If you call the phone number for trouble shooting they tell you that they cannot do anything and you need to contact trouble shooting via email. I did. I sent a video. They say they cannot see the video. That was 2 days ago. I received a request to share (well I think it was, because it was written in Chinese or in characters I cannot read!). But nothing happened. So they let you sit with a defective product and no support. Be aware when you order, the 3 packages are delivered outside to your door. "Rufus" mentioned that it could be brought into a room of choice. This is not true. Well, I was hoping it would work out. But it looks like a scam. You can see on the video that I press the button for reclining and nothing happens. So I have a recliner whose back does not recline! I am finishing the review now, a couple of weeks after I received the defective one. Eventually the company sent me a new base to replace the defective one. This is what makes the recliner "work." Needless to say, it was not easy to undo the recliner, move the defective one back into the box, then replace it with the new one. Be aware that this base is close to 100LB. When I asked how I would return the defective part I was told that I had to dispose of it myself. So right now I need to find a truck to bring the thing to the dump and pay for dumping it. So, to conclude, the recliner is not bad now that it works. The massage is just vibration and not really a massage. The recliner fits me, which was the reason I chose it. BUT, I thought I was saving money and I am not. I should have bought one at a store, even for a few buck more. It would have been delivered, installed, and I would not have had all the hassles of hiring people to help me move it, and then discard the defective parts. If you are lucky and everything work and you have help, it may be an option. But for me it was a loss. Lesson learned. Dont buy "big" furniture on Amazon.

It looks great, is very comfortable, the fabric has a nice, soft feel, and easy to assemble. My wife hasn't gotten out of it for 3+ hours. the chair feels sturdy, and all the functions work as described. I did not know the recliner came in three boxes and when only two showed up, I contacted the seller who responded the same day letting me know that the 3rd box would be arriving the next day. You can count on customer service from this seller.
