Buying a sofa on Amazon without ever seeing it or sitting on it feels a little unhinged. It absolutely feels like you’re setting yourself up for disappointment. I am happy to report we took the risk… and it actually worked out. We’re genuinely pleased with this purchase. For a full sofa, the packaging was surprisingly minimal. Yes, you will have cardboard to break down and wrestle into your recycling bin, but that’s part of the deal and not unexpected. Pro tip: break the boxes down outside and carry the pieces in. Much easier than dragging giant boxes through your doorway and then unpacking inside. Assembly was straightforward. If you can plug something into a wall, you can probably put this together. It’s essentially plug and play. Everything lined up properly, no forcing pieces into place, no mystery hardware left over. Once assembled, it feels solid. No wobbling, no gaps, nothing sketchy. It feels like an actual sofa, not a “sofa-shaped object.” Comfort-wise, it lands in that sweet spot between plush and firm. It’s not a sink-in marshmallow couch, but it’s definitely not rock hard either. It feels supportive with a bit of give, the kind of firmness that suggests it will hold its shape over time instead of sagging and looking tired after a year. We spent an entire lazy weekend planted on it and had zero complaints. The recline feature is one of our favorite parts. You can adjust the head and legs separately, which lets you dial in your exact comfort level. I didn’t realize how differently two people could use the same recliner until I compared my settings to my husband’s. It turns out “perfect position” is highly personal. For reference, I’m 5’2” and my husband is 5’10”, and it fits both of us comfortably. If you’re over 6 feet, you might find the leg extension a bit short. As a shorter person, I can confirm this is usually our problem, so consider this your turn. My feet rest right at the extra bar that folds out, while my husband’s hang over slightly but comfortably. If you’re much taller, that bar might hit mid-calf. Whether that’s a dealbreaker is up to you. The controls work smoothly. The only minor downside is that the reclining motion is a bit slow, but that’s likely intentional for safety. It’s not a flaw, just something to know if you’re impatient. The fabric is soft with a low pile. It doesn’t magically repel dog hair, but it also doesn’t seem to attract it like a magnet. The color looks true to the listing, maybe just slightly warmer in person, but very close overall. It also seems like it will hide everyday dirt reasonably well. We haven’t had to spot clean yet, so I can’t speak to that, but it feels like it would clean up without too much drama. Overall, we have zero regrets. For a power recliner sofa with reclining seats across the board, it feels like a solid value. We would absolutely buy it again.

Stepped out and bought a love seat on Amazon! Very pleased with the fabric. Love the USB and electric outlet built into the side of both ends. The back headrest adjusts independent of the seat. If you’re particular about things matching, it will make you a little crazy trying to match up the headrests when the seats are reclined! The manual says when fully reclined it takes 22 seconds to go back to starting position. That’s not a long time, except it is when you’re trying to jump up and answer the door! The size is perfect for our small living room. Two sit comfortably. You could scrunch in a third (child, maybe). The arm rests are fairly wide, so a phone sits nicely on the arm - as does my iPad. Smooth reclining going and coming. There are stabilizer feet under the seat that do show all the time. It’s not really noticeable. There is space under the sofa to lose stuff! Assembly was pretty easy, but it took my husband and me working together to get it put together. The sofa itself has to be plugged in, and then the outlets have to be plugged in. Lots of cords. So far, we really like the loveseat. Cat is still weirded out with the moving seats!

The loveseat is aesthetically beautiful and very functional. It’s very fancy and classy. It suits my small living room. The only reason I’m discounting a star is the height is low for me. I would’ve preferred at least more height from the floor. It feels like Japanese height chairs. I have this chair anchored infront of my Japanese tv stand and I’m 5ft 2 & my husband is 6ft 3. He loves it, I want my height. I love the features for head rest & my legs don’t dangle at the bottom, when extended in recline position. Otherwise, it’s a very neat chair. It has a charger for the area to charge android and iPhone. Fancy but I’m a short gal & would require more height from the ground. It’s definitely not a cheap looking chair or feel.

This loveseat fits my wife and I just about perfectly. It's beautiful and comfortable. We especially like the look and feel of the fabric. The loveseat was easy to assemble. But... ours shipped with two left arms and no right arm. I contacted customer service. They immediately shipped the correct right arm. MCombo customer service was apologetic, concerned, and very helpful. We own three MCombo products. We'll happily buy another when we need a piece of furniture.

Very hard cushioned double recliner!!!

The recliner is very uncomfortable!!! Hard as a rock! My wife and i sat on it and immediately looked at each other. Raising the foot/leg support and adjusting the headrest did not help. We were very disappointed!!! It was just assembled today.

I am very pleased so far. It came in 4 days and my two daughters put it together in about 2 hours. It is just what I have been looking for. I wanted a short seat {this is 19in. very hard to find}. I love the way the head rest can be up or down. My only concern is the power adjustments. If I have a problem with them how do I get them fixed? I will write another review in a few months as an update.
