The knives are heavy, sharp, and appear to be of decent quality. But the accompanying block is poorly manufactured. Two of the slots are not sized correctly to accommodate the corresponding knives. Update: I contacted the company and they agreed to replace the block. I will update this review again once the replacement block is received and confirmed to be in good order. Got them as a Christmas present and they were a good weight, sturdy, and extremely sharp. I’ve used them almost everyday since then and have sharpened them a few times and they’re still great.
