Take 10 mins max to put other parts together. * Main reason I bought this is that it has a rower option. It works with a resistance band and you can adjust the position of that to do biceps curls. * Backrest has 3 foam cushions in curved angle to give a more accurate position for the back. * Seat is rotatable to do abdominal exercise. It's a nice apparatus if you are under 5'feet in height. Does no good if U R taller then 5'. Gave it to someone petite. The pictures shown are very deceiving. Impossible to use since it's very very low. It's made in China and they probably think their size. Very dissatisfied.

The media could not be loaded. I like the self lock bolts, that make assemble so easy. It only took me 10 minutes to get them together. The machine is also very sturdy and has comfortable cushions. The poster with the purchase is a good reference for using it.

If you try to use the ropes, the hard plastic knob by the handle will dig into the back of your arm. And forget about the rope fly exercise as shown. The ropes are tight ; I can raise them a little above my waist straight up. The model must be superwoman to raise shoulder high, 90 degrees!
