This is absolutely my new favorite eyeliner! I'm a huge fan of a thin cat eye and I always used liquid with a brush until I started getting older and it became hard to see to get the application perfect. So, I switched to the felt tip pen types. Those were much easier to apply except they dry up way faster. I decided to try this one which is really the best of both worlds. You have a felt brush so the application is much easier, yet it dips into the well rather than being an internal mechanism to control the flow. This makes the tube last SO much longer! I love how it looks too. The color is nice and crisp and it dries quickly but not so fast that I can't use a q tip to quickly remove any mistakes. Overall working well! The brush is a little thick and therefore makes the liner line thicker than I like. It is more of a felt tip rather than a brush. I was hoping for more of a brush. Overall effective if you like a thicker line.

I don't know how to review this item. I use this eyeliner regularly for self-portrait art pieces I'm doing. But the past time I bought it the seller looked liked they found a used eyeliner container, scrapped up on the floor and tried to stick it into an open package and glue it back closed! Gross! The bottle had obvious scratches all over it...and the packaging had obviously been opened and glued back shut. So decent product but would never buy it from this seller again. ... show more
