This is absolutely my new favorite eyeliner! I'm a huge fan of a thin cat eye and I always used liquid with a brush until I started getting older and it became hard to see to get the application perfect. So, I switched to the felt tip pen types. Those were much easier to apply except they dry up way faster. I decided to try this one which is really the best of both worlds. You have a felt brush so the application is much easier, yet it dips into the well rather than being an internal mechanism to control the flow. This makes the tube last SO much longer! I love how it looks too. The color is nice and crisp and it dries quickly but not so fast that I can't use a q tip to quickly remove any mistakes. I absolutely love this eyeliner! It's easy to apply and stays on for the most part. If I wear it for most of the day, I have to reapply it after several hours because it starts to kind of like chip and fall off. I guess I should add that I live in Florida and it's normally 98 degrees lol Also, be careful not to rub or sweat on it or it will smudge easily and if it gets wet it will get on the upper part of your lid or smear to the edges/bottom. So now that I'm done with the bad part of the eyeliner, I'd love to point out how easy it is to apply, how it leaves a beautiful and clean look! It's actually black, it's full and thick so it covers the eyelid nicely, you don't have to go over the line you just did either. I do recommend this eyeliner to anyone who loves a good, thick black eyeliner. I forgot to add that cleaning is a breeze! I don't know how to review this item. I use this eyeliner regularly for self-portrait art pieces I'm doing. But the past time I bought it the seller looked liked they found a used eyeliner container, scrapped up on the floor and tried to stick it into an open package and glue it back closed! Gross! The bottle had obvious scratches all over it...and the packaging had obviously been opened and glued back shut. So decent product but would never buy it from this seller again. ... show more

My go-to, always in my cosmetics main bag, absolute favorite liquid eyeliner! Amazon has the better deal compared to Ulta and Target. It is not waterproof, and it will flake off if it is messed with (but really-- one who wears any eye makeup knows well enough not to rub, just dab). The long felt tip is soft and flexible and smoothly applies the ultra dark liquid that dries within a few seconds into a clean, controlled line perfect for winged tips and cat eyes. Best on the top lids, stays put long enough for the top waterline, but not suggested for bottom because it can smudge with enough oils/tears.
