I don’t usually write reviews but this time I had to. This company and product are a lie! I was very excited to get this topper I have a bad back, so when I got it I was looking forward to using it. When I saw it and read the reviews it really appealed to me, because it was supposed to be two sides one soft one firm. You were supposed to be able to take the cover off to wash and it and it was supposed to confirm to your form. Also if you look at their pictures and look at what I got it’s not the same it’s not even 2 inches it’s supposed to be 3! The zipper is under the topper and it’s like it was just for looks because it will not budge. So I can’t take it off I can’t even see the topper inside. And when I lay on it I sank all the way to the mattress under it!!! Very disappointing this product had not one thing that it said it did.

I ordered this mattress topper because I have a very firm memory foam mattress that I spent a lot of money on, hoping to get a good night's sleep, but I got so much back pain. I got it in 2 days and it came rolled up in a small box. I opened it and put it on my bed to plump up for the entire day. It took about 2 days to fully open up. I slept on the Charcoal side for 3 days and had no decent sleep. I was so hot and miserable, and my back hurt. I then turned it over to the other side and it was much better, my back felt more relaxed and I did not wake up sweating on a cold winter's night. It has only been 2 days since I flipped it over, so I hope I will get some good sleep from now onwards. Update after 1 week: I have had great sleep since I flipped the mattress topper, the charcoal side is not for me, Very very happy.

Pretty nice feels great rolled out nicely and fluffed out quick . But there was one problem well actually 2 it has a pretty tough crease in the middle on firm side I suppose because it was folded on that side . Second it's a bit long sticking a bit out on my full size matress but other than that it feels great on both sides, it does have a bit of a smell that's assuming because it's fresh out the factory which I knoe that smell will disapate over time.im honestly laying on my bed writing this so yeah it's awesome and made my firm pillow top mattress even more comfortable to lay on 😊my second memory foam I purchased so far this by far my favorite . Would recommend anyone looking for a budget memory foam topper. I will update if anything thanks Maxzzz👍

This is so supportive and comfy. I have many health issues. Stiffness in the morning is the one I will focus on. Sitting up in bed to standing is not only difficult but so painful. Not a good add to moral when you know you have another long day of dealing with chronic pain. But this topper really does what it says by supporting your body like no other one I’ve ever tried. Thanks for the help on my daily struggles.

I bought the 3-inch topper. The topper was laid flat overnight without sleeping on it per the instructions but after about 24hrs, it was still 2-inch. I realized that the liner is about 2.5 inches so I unzipped it and let the topper expand for another night. After more than 2 nights, the topper went up to about 2.5 inches and stopped. I contacted the dealer about it and they responded. I hope they make the liner a bit bigger so the topper has room to expand in it.

King topper finished off new Vibe mattress by increasing comfort by just the right amount of firm softness, just took the edge off. Perfect. Nice cover and straps hold fast to mattress.

Awesome addition to my RV mattress. My RV mattress brand new was very very hard and uncomfortable so I purchased this Maxzzz 3" Bamboo Charcoal & Copper Dual Side Memory Foam Mattress Topper ,wow what a difference,this mattress topper turned my very uncomfortable mattress to a very comfortable mattress,the mattress topper itself is very well made a full 3 inches thick, a very nice cover and is reversible,has a soft memory foam on one side and a firmer memory foam on the other side,so you can choose your comfort level,I am very pleased with this mattress topper and would defiantly recommend.

The mattress was nice, it was comfortable, soft and big. And another reason why I liked the mattress is that the mattress is bigger than I expected. At first I thought that the mattress was gonna be small and not that big but it was bigger than I expected to be. And my 2nd reason why I like the mattress is that it’s very soft. It’s not like animal fur soft but like a smooth soft way and it felt really good when I first laid on the mattress. And 3rd reason is that it’s very comfortable, the cushion is very nice, it’s not that skinny but it is still good for my back.
