It's the perfect little couch and it's perfect for a smaller sized room. I'm 5'2 and I can lay completely fine on it. I can also sit, with my legs out on the ottoman and there's still extra space past my feet. I was definitely hesitant about buying a couch in box, but I'm so glad I did. It's super comfortable and took it's full shape within 24 hours. It's not easy for me to move it around to make the "bed" form, but that's okay. The ottoman however is super easy to move.

Returning is impossible. Waiting for Amazon A-Z 59 help. Regretting this purchase. Did not inflate fully so the two pieces are different heights. The arms are smooshed and wrinkled. It is very uncomfortable, button holes are not fully sewn so they catch on things and the cover pops off. Returning is impossible. Company says put it in the origional box and take it to UPS/Fed Ex. What!?!? How do I repack it?? I asked them to please arrange pick up. They offered me $45, I declined and asked again for them to please pick it up. They say “go ask Amazon”. Amazon sends me an email “return it to this address”. Ok, it’s a COUCH. UPS and FedEx said don’t bring it here. So I offer to drive and drop it off. Seller says no. Now I’m waiting on Amazon to decide if they want to pick it up. So when it says “Free Returns” that is not true. The seller knows that there is no way for it to be returned. So disappointed.

The media could not be loaded. First of all the couch comes in two boxes, and it weighs quite a bit more than what the seller describes on their website. I almost didn’t get it up the stairs, and it slid down the stairs, the box and damaged my friends arm. Once it opened, It’s ripped everywhere where the tufted parts are. The seller left me a phone call when it was supposed to be delivered and I couldn’t even even return the phone call to the number they called me from.

The couch is comfortable but very low to the ground. Not recommended for taller people. I have had my couch for a week now and if I could I would return it. The buttons keeping falling through the holes it sits in and almost impossible to pull back through. Also its not holding it shape and is already sagging. I am 4"11 115lbs and my boyfriend 165 and 5"8. We are not big or heavy people

Easy setup, and came a week early. Only problems, it is very low and not good for bad knees to sit. It also hasn't came back to shape after sitting for an hour or so. It feels like sitting on a hard surface. I would return it, but I'm sure it is not easy to re shipping back. I would not recommend it. Edit: I wish I could return this. It still never came back to shape, even when I didn't sit on for 5 days while gone home. It feels like sitting on hard spushed cousin. I do not recommend this and I am out of the money I spent for it.

For what I needed it works. If you are looking for it to be a real couch, probably won’t like it. I needed something to use as a bed but to work as a couch when needed. And it does just that. Especially if you remove the back cushions. Easy to set up. Didn’t “inflate” evenly, again something I expected. I don’t like the fabric but we put sheets on it and it’s better. It’s not horrible at all. I like the big armrests. It’s comfortable to sleep on. Comfortable to sit on just hard to get up. I was worried about it sliding all over the place without a rug but has grips on the bottom and they hold it in place well.
