Exceeded My Expectations
Color: Dark Grey
Size: Classic Single
I just received my product and honestly, it exceeded my expectations. It looks exactly like the pictures, which I appreciate because you never really know with Amazon. It hasn’t fully fluffed up yet, but I did test it out and it is extremely comfortable. The memory foam is firm, so you’re not sinking into it, but it still feels supportive. The bottom foam is about 4 inches thick and feels sturdy. The pillow area does have pieces of foam that you can feel a little when lying down, but nothing major. A pillowcase or doubled-up sheet should easily fix that. Overall, this is a really good product and definitely worth the money.

Buy it!
Color: Pink
Size: Classic Full
If you’re thinking about purchasing this just do it!! Great quality and was larger than i expected! My daughter loves it! It does need to be against a wall but that’s fine. The pink is a perfect color for my daughter’s room!

Stock photo is misleading
Color: Dark Grey
Size: Classic Single
The shape in the photo is not the same as the product delivered. Stock photos show a rectangular wider seat and we got a very narrow square couch . The cover seems to be of good quality I expected the bottom pad to be a little thicker but eh. I got this for a teen bedroom I’m pretty sure it will flatten with use very quickly which is disappointing for the price . I’d recommend for preteen or younger to get the most bang for your buck. Came in compressed and came to full size within 2 days but even fresh out of the box once out no way it’s going back in so I don’t suggest opening it if you are unsure of keeping it. If it was easier to rerun I probably would’ve. It’s soft and looks decent in the room I came back to add after having it used from December- March by two 15 year olds it’s help up well. They like the little pad and use it for naps. It’s compressed a little bit but not as much as I thought it would . Still 3 starts for the misleading stock photos

Soft, comfortable, perfect for kids. However, it did arrive with a pen mark on it
Color: Beige
Size: Tufted Single
I bought this for my daughter’s room so that she can sit on it under her loft bed and also use it as a mattress for her friends when they sleepover. When I first opened it, I noticed a small green pen mark in one corner. It looked like a marker stain. Other than that, it was in good condition. I was disappointed with the stain but it wasn’t too big and it is only seen when it is unfolded in a bed position. I emailed the company to ask if I could be somehow compensated for the flaw, but I didn’t want to go through the trouble of returning such a big item. It also took about a week to receive it. The company got back to me quickly and offered a $20 compensation. I was fine with that, at least I got some kind of refund. The sofa is very soft and gives a lot of support. It doesn’t take long to expand to its maximum size after you open it. The fabric is very soft. In a sofa position, it is a good size and offers enough support for my daughter. I don’t sit on it much so I don’t know how comfortable or supportive it would be for a fully grown adult. As a bed, it is also very comfy and the mattress is thick but soft enough. I have slept on it and it is comfortable enough for one night. I wouldn’t want to sleep on it every night but for occasional nights it is fine. The pillow that comes with it is a little strange as it is filled with small pieces of cut up foam.

Great futon
Color: Dark Grey
Size: Tufted Full
Very well made. Is heavy to move. But folds out easily and the material is soft.

A lousy experience
Color: Black
Size: Classic Single
The item arrived dirty, stitching completely coming apart. It is very flimsy and nothing is fluffy about it. It looked very used as if a customer returned it already. I purchased it for my special needs classroom as a calming seating area…. No good… I’m very disappointed. Now I have to take the time to box it up all dirty and send it back.
