I bought this as a college student in case I have guests sleeping over. It's a good size and is very easy to assemble both ways. I find it comfortable to sit on, but my friend said that she had found it a bit uncomfortable to sleep on because of the indents on the couch. However, she has a sleeping bag that she puts on top of it and it fills in the spaces. She sleeps very well once that's done. Great piece to use as an extra bed. An adult weighing 180 lbs. at 5' 10" slept on for 2 nights and was comfortable. Pictures posted are after 12 hours from being opened and then after having been slept on for 2 nights. We bought this and had.it delivered to our friend for when we were visiting and bringing it home we'll place in our family room. I ordered this to use while l waited for furniture. The color is bright, beautiful and fabric is high quality. It's beautifully constructed. It does have a zipper to remove outer cover wash. I slept on it and had no problem, very comfortable. Will purchase another for a friend.

    • It’s a weird design but maybe I got one that was put together backwards

It’s good quality and everything but I just would get annoyed at how it folded under instead just being able to open out like a pull out couch. It’s very hard on my back to turn it over to fold and make it look like the picture. If you unfold it from how it is on the picture the round cushion keeps the bottom propped up which I guess if you turn it around that could be where your head could rest. But also the crack is now on the side you’re laying on which is not comfortable. So the way I was able to have the flat side on top and the round cushion not bump up the bottom edge was to leave it attached with the black straps and unzipping it from the mattress part and folding it that way when I wasn’t laying on it. I just felt like it was too much of a hassle and then I would trip on the round cushion because it’s attached by the black straps but it’s loose still and easily gets pushed around. It wasn’t for me and maybe I got a defective design. The material is good quality tho just the design did work out for me ... show more

Perfect for that occasional house guest of the younger and smaller size. As an adult, I was comfortable on it as well, but being of a certain age means back problems if I don't sleep on a particular style mattress. Picked up this convertible chair for the children and young adults that visit me a handful of times each year. When it's not being slept on, it's a comfortable chair for both humans and pets. I keep a blanket over it so that it's easy to keep clean since my cats think it's their bed. It's big and heavy and can be a struggle for some to convert to bed and back to chair, but it's worth it. The color isn't as orange as I imagined and it's more yellow. It took all of 48 hours to fully expand and match pictures. ... show more
