EDIT: its now july so ive had this for like 2 months & this is still the best couch i have ever purchased online. i sit on it pretty much all day everyday because i work from home & hate my desk & need a new chair. ive napped on it several times, ive slept all night on it a few times. it has not changed shape or gotten saggy. i also made a genius discovery. if you have the couch against the wall, as i suggested, you can use the ottoman as an additional couch piece if you need to, & use one if the back pillows then use the throw pillows for the other back pillow because theres support. so its crazy functional if you need more couch for just one time. i freaking love this thing. also the length for the 2 piece plus ottoman is about a queen size bed (not putting the ottoman in as the extra couch piece, thatd probly be king length) with the width of a twin. a queen size sheet fits perfect over the length & back pillows if you have a guest or if its 50 billion degrees out & you dont have/want ac original: did not have high expectations for this couch. I live in an old house, the third floor apartment. Beacuse the house is over 100yrs old the hallways up the stairs are narrow, and inside the apartment the hallways and doorways are narrow, so my furniture options are limited. I am tired of putting furniture together so I decided to take a chance on this couch because there was definitely no way it could be worse than the last couch i got online. 1. If you buy just the two sections that come with the ottoman, you only get two boxes. Reading the other reviews I thought I was getting 3 so waited, but then decided just to open them and then realized I had everything 2. The shipping knocked it out of the park. It all arrived in 2 days. One piece the day after I ordered it, the second the day after that. I was expecting to wait at least a week 3. There is NO wierd smell, which is nice 4. Let it sit for 72hrs like the instructions say. It looks like it's all set right out of the box BUT there is expanding happening you can't see, so you have to leave it alone otherwise it will make the couch saggy in areas and it won't expand fully 5. The material is soft 6. Once fully expanded the firmness is surprising. Its not too firm, not too soft. HOWEVER this is definitely a couch that needs to have a wall behind it. I wouldn't use this as a middle of the room couch. I don't have confidence that the back would hold up over time 7. One thing I really love is that on the larger piece, the seat cushion is attached with a zipper on the front, and you can flip it forward to clean under it. The smaller piece and ottomon dont have that, but thats ok. 8. the arm rests are kinda high and wide, so I purchased some small trays to put on them for if someone wants a drink they can put it on that and not spill. My room is small so Im not sure I want a little table. 9. The couch is low. If you have any trouble getting up and down, I wouldnt recommend this. Someone had said its around the same size as a twin xl and used a bedframe under it - i don't recommend this because it will cause the couch to rest unevenly which will cause problems with the foam over time, it will buckle and bend from uneven pressure being spread across. If you need to put it on a platform, get something at home depot that actually fits the length and width. The black thing on the floor in my picture is an air purifier that is about 1ft tall. I'd say my couch that is fully expanded after 72hrs is 18in high 10. Its super light and so easy to move around, and easy to open. The pieces first are wrapped in heavy duty saran wrap type stuff, then under it is the vaccuum sealed plastic bag thing. Be careful opening it so you don't slice the material. Honestly, if you are on a budget, need a couch, have a small room, want firm but comfy, and have a wall to put it against, I think this is a good option. Helpful note - I am 5ft5in and weigh about 185. I don't have any issues getting up/down, and the couch feels firm under me, it doesn't dip in under my weight. ... show more

This is the perfect family couch. Super easy to set up, literally just take it out the plastic and let it puff up. It is extremely comfortable to sit and lay down on, I have fallen asleep on it as well and woke up without aches or pain. It is quite low to the ground, so placing it on a rug slightly helps prop it up a bit. I went with the green sectional and absolutely love the color, it looks fantastic in my apartment and I'm super happy that I bought it. I was honestly impressed with how easy this sectional was to set up. It arrives vacuum-packed, and once opened, it literally starts expanding and shaping itself. It’s pretty neat to watch it come to life! The corduroy-style fabric is soft, the cushions are incredibly comfortable, and the modular design gives it a clean, modern look. I also appreciate the non-slip gripping material on the bottom, which helps keep the pieces from sliding around on hard floors. My only reason for giving it 4 instead of 5 stars is the height. It sits lower to the floor than I personally prefer. If it had a few inches of height with legs or feet, it would be absolutely perfect for me. Quality is horrible. Buttons pop off super easy. Does not hold its shape at all. Tears at the seams super easy. Cushions, although zippered on, will not stay where they belong. Cushions lose shape very fast. Received this in March and it is already junk and the most uncomfortable to sit on. A complete waste of my money. 0/10. Comes in 2 boxes. Really nice and firm! I’ll never buy another heavy couch with recliners again! (Just moved in so house is a mess and not set up—but it looks great too!) my husband was very skeptical but he loves it and said “memory foam has come a long way!”

    • Soft but falls apart easily
It’s soft and comfortable but the zipper that holds the cushions you sit on in place broke within weeks and now they just start to slide off the couch whenever we sit on it. Several buttons came off within a couple of months and overall it holds onto so much dirt and is not easily washable. Overall wouid not recommend ... show more
