I bought this for my daughter’s room so that she can sit on it under her loft bed and also use it as a mattress for her friends when they sleepover. When I first opened it, I noticed a small green pen mark in one corner. It looked like a marker stain. Other than that, it was in good condition. I was disappointed with the stain but it wasn’t too big and it is only seen when it is unfolded in a bed position. I emailed the company to ask if I could be somehow compensated for the flaw, but I didn’t want to go through the trouble of returning such a big item. It also took about a week to receive it. The company got back to me quickly and offered a $20 compensation. I was fine with that, at least I got some kind of refund. The sofa is very soft and gives a lot of support. It doesn’t take long to expand to its maximum size after you open it. The fabric is very soft. In a sofa position, it is a good size and offers enough support for my daughter. I don’t sit on it much so I don’t know how comfortable or supportive it would be for a fully grown adult. As a bed, it is also very comfy and the mattress is thick but soft enough. I have slept on it and it is comfortable enough for one night. I wouldn’t want to sleep on it every night but for occasional nights it is fine. The pillow that comes with it is a little strange as it is filled with small pieces of cut up foam. ... show more

So happy with this couch/bean bag bed lol. It’s a great addition to my boyfriend’s room, it folds out perfectly for sleepovers! For reference, we’re both 5’9 and there’s plenty of space. And It’s way more comfortable than I expected! I would definitely recommend this!!!

There is a dark stain on the side of the sofa . The pillows are lumpy and the sofa seems cheap. The picture makes it seem as if the sofa has more structure which it doesn’t. The box it came in is small and it is vacuum sealed . You can only return with the box so it’s very hard to return the product
