    • EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM BIG JOE
Color: Stretch Limo Black Smartmax Size: Milano
Purchased 2 of these bean bags last year (Nov 2023) for my 9 year old sonโ€™s bedroom. Theyโ€™re a great size for him, and adults alike (we are a tall family, and my husband - 6โ€™3โ€ - and I - 5โ€™10โ€ - were able to use them comfortably). We did have some issues with seams coming undone and beans falling out after we had them for 6-9 months, but Big Joe replaced both bean bags. The process to file a claim was super easy through their website, and the replacements were sent out the next day. They come filled with a sufficient amount of foam beads, but Iโ€™m sure some additional foam could be added to make them even more comfortable (you can purchase shredded foam here on Amazon that could then be added to the bags). The product itself is 4 Star, but their customer service sent my rating over 5! Very impressed with this company and would purchase products from them again over any other bean bag company. The peace of mind is more than worth it! ... show more

    • Great for the kids (and adults!)
Color: Stretch Limo Black Smartmax Size: Milano
This Big Joe chair is great for both little and big kids, and so far have been a big hit in my house. We got two of these chairs as Christmas gifts for our boys (1 and 8 years old). We were worried that our 1 year old would have problems getting into it, but so far, he's had no problems because the chairs sit low enough to the ground that he can climb right in. We keep them in our game room and they mostly get used when playing the PS4. Pros: - Lightweight; easy to move around the room/house as needed... there's even a carry handle on top! - The material seems very durable and stout, and so far we've had one spill which came right up with some clothes - You can adjust the filling in the seat part so that when it gets out of shape, just a quick fluff and pat will get it back into shape - Cheap compared to most other bean bag type chairs, especially when on sale around $25 - Even for an adult (myself), these are pretty darn comfortable Cons: - None yet, but many other reviews have mentioned that the filling goes flat after a few months, and the chair loses its shape as a result. I'll update this review after a few months of using these chairs to reflect how they hold up. I anticipate that probably after a year or so, these will end up in the trash, but at this price, it seems reasonable to just buy new ones rather than re-fill with the expensive bean-bag-beans. ... show more

    • Perfect Comfy Chair
Color: Stretch Limo Black Smartmax Size: Milano
This chair is excellent! It's light weight, easy to clean, easy to store and is super comfortable. Also it's perfect for nursing, I wish I had it sooner. A big bonus, the box it came in has instructions and cut outs to become a playhouse, which is perfect for my 17 month old.

    • durable for pets
Color: Stretch Limo Black Smartmax Size: Milano
Bought this for my puppy so I could sit with him on the floor and not on the couch. It is very comfy. It lost some of its bulk, but I just fluff it back up! The puppy LOVES it! I have washed the cover which zips right on and off. I did not put it in the dryer though. I was afraid of it melting. For the price, it is worth it, and I'm pretty sure the puppy will grow into it! ... show more

    • Comfortable and amazing customer service!! ๐Ÿ˜
Color: Stretch Limo Black Smartmax Size: Milano
Review Image by Landon Nisly
I love this beanbag, I had it for like maybe a year and a half and it held up great until I started seeing the little foam things that are inside it every now and then. After that it started getting more flat as the days went on. So I reached out to customer service and submitted a warranty claim on their website and they responded within a day or so and told me that theyโ€™d be able to send me a free replacement! And after like 3 days it was delivered! Absolutely insane customer service! I would highly recommend!! ๐Ÿ˜ ... show more
