The tuft buttons are not attached very well but there sewn on and can be easily repaired by sewing it back on. For the price its great this would be perfect for a first apartment or a kids room. I just received my product and honestly, it exceeded my expectations. It looks exactly like the pictures, which I appreciate because you never really know with Amazon. It hasn’t fully fluffed up yet, but I did test it out and it is extremely comfortable. The memory foam is firm, so you’re not sinking into it, but it still feels supportive. The bottom foam is about 4 inches thick and feels sturdy. The pillow area does have pieces of foam that you can feel a little when lying down, but nothing major. A pillowcase or doubled-up sheet should easily fix that. Overall, this is a really good product and definitely worth the money.

This is almost perfect, it is an incredibly comfortable couch that is easy to clean, holds it shape. And fits into most spaces with ease. The color made it easy to match up with other furniture even after years of having the other furniture items. When it came to stability, it wasn’t entirely there. Things felt just kinda, “loose”. That being said it’s still holding strong and is still holding its original shape rather well. If I had to order again? I would for sure.

Stock photo is misleading

The shape in the photo is not the same as the product delivered. Stock photos show a rectangular wider seat and we got a very narrow square couch . The cover seems to be of good quality I expected the bottom pad to be a little thicker but eh. I got this for a teen bedroom I’m pretty sure it will flatten with use very quickly which is disappointing for the price . I’d recommend for preteen or younger to get the most bang for your buck. Came in compressed and came to full size within 2 days but even fresh out of the box once out no way it’s going back in so I don’t suggest opening it if you are unsure of keeping it. If it was easier to rerun I probably would’ve. It’s soft and looks decent in the room I came back to add after having it used from December- March by two 15 year olds it’s help up well. They like the little pad and use it for naps. It’s compressed a little bit but not as much as I thought it would . Still 3 starts for the misleading stock photos

The pictures make it look like the back and seat cushions are full and smooth. WRONG. They are extremely lumpy and the whole thing is very cheap looking. Not even comfortable to sit on. I knew I was taking a chance, because it's impossible to put back into the box to return, but I trusted the positive reviews. BIG MISTAKE. Learn from my mistake and save your money.

I brought to substitute for a bed until I move- best decision. Took 1 - 2 days to fully fluff up ; me and my dog love it. It’s a good firm feeling but nothing uncomfortable. Fits a 5’4 person & a small dog & a medium sized dog with 6 small stuffies & this is leaned up on the wall so fully laying down you could fit a taller person. Easy to clean off dog hair . Simple assembly . Color is black so yea. Thickness a 10 & value for money worth it. When I move I can easily just fold it up , tape it up nd go. Remember it’s on the floor so don’t be surprised.
