Honestly i was skeptical but oh my goodness!! This couch is a 10-10 for me. Its soft, comfy, but still firm enough! The size is perfect ! The color is spot on! Cup holders are nice! I really like this Max YoYo 104-inch modular sectional overall. It looks great, feels sturdy, and the cup holders on the armrests are super convenient. It came as one of those “couch-in-a-box” setups and was surprisingly easy to put together. The only issue is that one of the arms never bounced back into shape properly, so the cup holder on that side doesn’t fit quite the way it should. The other arm fits perfectly and looks great, so it’s just that one side that’s a little off. The cushions are on the firm side, but not uncomfortable — more supportive than soft. After sitting for a while it’s actually quite comfortable and holds its shape nicely. Overall, it’s a good value for the money and a solid choice if you want a clean, modern modular couch with cup holders and a sturdy build. Just be aware one section may need extra time to fully shape up.

This is unacceptable. There are 2 serious issues: 1. The smallest piece was noticeably smaller immediately after opening the sealed bags. I waited 72 hrs and it never changed at all. It's smaller all the way around, which also makes it feel softer. 2. The cup holder on the left side is impossible to fit in, no matter what I do, so drinks will lean sideways and spill

I love this couch!! We bought it just for a playroom couch in the basement but I like it more than our $1300 sectional. I love that you can move it around for different seating options. My favorite is turning it into a cube so my family can just get in and toss a big blanket over us and relax. The memory foam is the perfect level of firmness/softness. The only complaint is it had a strong smell that lasted over a week.

Update!!!! Now 5 Stars! They sent a replacement and it’s perfect. Customer Service is top notch too!! 3 stars because I’m on the fence. It’s firmer on the straight side and too soft on the chaise. Comfortable but not sure it’s gonna hold up long term since I have only been sitting on it a day and the chaise is sinking in too much. I opened it 5 days ahead of time to be safe. And it’s VERY low to the ground.
