I purchased this to move my trailers around my property. It was relatively easy to assemble, instructions were good, and it was packaged adequately and arrived in good condition. I've already used it, because I was waiting on it to move a trailer. It worked perfectly, didn't complain, and was able to move a small 2,200 lb RV with a tongue weight of 250lb easily on flat terrain. One caution, and it was likely my fault, is that I stripped the receiving threads for one of the 4 bolts in the unpainted piece that connects the top part of the handle to the rest of the unit. The bolts use a spring washer and as I tightened the bolt, I felt it give way and confirmed that the receiving threads were stripped. Given that the other bolts use nuts and are heavy duty and can take much torque, I advise being more gentle with these four bolts into that particular part. I guess I could order a replacement, but I'll see how it goes for now. The BIGGEST issue I had with this order was NOT the product, but with Amazon delivery. When I placed this order, there was a countdown flag that said order within 2 hours to receive by Mar 25, which I did. I was logged in, so it Amazon knew my address. It was stated that it would arrive then in the email order confirmation, it was shipped early enough, but while waiting on it to arrive on Mar 25 to move my newly received trailer out of my driveway, I received an email from Amazon telling me that they were "sorry" and that delivery would now be Mar 26. I understood this to be "guaranteed delivery" when there is an "order by" flag, but don't believe it. I paid $28 on a $79 product for fast delivery. I've tried repeatedly to contact Amazon to request a refund on the shipping, but there is apparently no way to do so. Every possible attempt has ended in a dead-end with no human in sight. I'm sick of Amazon. Unfortunately, sometimes, especially in Alaska, there are few other options. I've had such ridiculously bad delivery experience with Amazon in the past, that I ONLY use Amazon as a last resort, even if I end up paying more somewhere else (like eBay). I also recently cancelled my Prime membership as a result. This shipping issue is all on Amazon and does not reflect on the product or the manufacturer at all.

This was easy to assemble, but the first one had the wrong bearings, so the tires could not be mounted to the axle. Using parts from the replacement dolly, I got one good dolly. The tires are very cheap, but the dolly will work great for moving my trailer when needed. I looked at similar dollies at the big box stores, but they were around $300. This was definitely the best buy.

Well made and sturdy. Works very well. Instructions are not very clear but not hard to figure out. Was not enough flat washers provided but again not hard to get more and i may have used more than intended since the instructions were poor. I recommend this item

I had read several critical reviews regarding missing parts, rusted axles, tires that would not inflate, etc, and I had none of these issues. I spent more time making sure the tires aired properly and retained air and checking to make sure all parts were there before I started. But, I always do this for anything to be assembled. Everything was there, and the tires inflated without issue. The wheels were one piece instead of bolt together, and I much prefer one piece. The tires do have tubes; so make sure you are careful to not pinch the tube or the filler valve. The tires were also marked 30 PSI max, but 25 is more than enough. The tires are 12" tall and are more than adequate to get the job done. The manual that came with the dolly listed all the parts and how they fit together. All nuts, bolts, washers, & clips that needed for assembly came in one sealed pouch. The nuts all have self tightening nylon inserts which eliminates the worry of them coming loose. Every piece fit together without having to force into proper position. I do highly recommend that you assemble the dolly by only finger tightening the nuts. Once you get it assembled, then tighten all bolts/nuts. I needed two sizes of wrenches and sockets to install the frame parts. 11/16 wrench & socket was used for all bolts except one. The other one required 3/4 wrench & socket, and I'm not sure why they did because an 11/16 bolt & nut would have been more than enough. You will need the standard size channel locks and wrench necessary to install the 1 7/8 hitch. I love this dolly, and it works better than I expected. It is well worth the money, and I'd buy it again in a heartbeat. Do make sure you latch your trailer in place when using the dolly because if you bounce it, the trailer could come loose from the dolly. The company address and website is on the outside of the box, but it not mentioned anywhere in the installation manual which I thought was very unusual. I give this product a definite 5.0.

I bought this item to help move around a chipper that I recently bought. This thing is a lot more sturdy than I expected. Wasn't too difficult to assemble. This thing makes moving my chipper around a whole lot easier. The only thing I don't like about it is the height of the ball is not adjustable. When I hook this dolly into the receiver on the chipper and tilt the handle back to the ground, it doesn't raise the chipper up enough to be able to fold the front stand on the chipper up so that you can roll it around. I have to basically pull the pin out of the front stand and then roll the chipper backwards until the stand folds enough to where I can fold it up the rest of the way by hand. It works. But if I hand to do it over again, I would get one of the one's that you could adjust the height of the ball.
