The crank is smooth and requires very little effort to raise and lower, even with a fully loaded trailer. It feels sturdy and well-built, with no wobbling or cheap parts like I’ve seen on other jacks. the jack works good now after I put it together. It came in pieces, and one bolt was missing. This is the first time this has happened to me and I was faced with the question do I send it back or fix it? well I fixed it. This is a great trailer jack although it doesn’t come with the three bolts that you need to assemble it to your trailer, but I got you covered if you go to your local Home Depot or hardware store in the picture below shows the size bolts that you need. 3 total needed.
