Our use has been to primarily hold water gallon bottles. Works perfectly fine. Saves a good amount of space for us. The first unit did come damaged, nothing big, some of the plastic had somehow broken off. I was able to get a replacement unit after some uncharacteristic back and forth with Amazon. Eventually Amazon just let me keep the initial unit as well which was a bonus. Anyway, assembly doesn't take long.     • Not bad at all for the price.
Not too hard to put together, but, once I got to attaching the wheels, I wondered if I would have to return this thing bc they just wouldn't go on! My pkg had no rubber mallet, so I used a small hammer & old Amazon mailer as cushion. The 1 how-to vid, she has it wrong. The wheels should be flush to the bottom tray. Took some doing, but they did slot in completely. So, remember to work the uprights until they're flush too, wheels/casters flush, or else I can see why people would say it's not sturdy. All of it was a tight fit, & I don't think I could take the darn thing apart now! ... show more

    • Nice Cart but....
OK, this cart is of a good size, easy to roll around, BUT it has one design flaw. A previous similar cart we purchased in the past had the vertical support pipes connected to the shelves with screws. On this cart, the pipes just slip on the shelves' supports. Therefore if you need to go over a low door threshold or want to lift the carts wheels over anything using the handles, the shelves slip out of their vertical supports. So lifting the cart over anything, like a low door threshold, requires you lift the cart from the bottom shelf, NOT using the handles. Very bad design. Since I did not want to bend down and lift the cart from the bottom every time I rolled it from the garage to the kitchen with groceries, I used Gorilla Tape and taped all the vertical supports to the shelves. Not the best solution, but it works. If the tape works loose over time, I might simply drill holes from the shelves into the metal pipes and secure all the pipes with screws. Whoever the design person was for this cart, after their first prototype, it is obvious they never tried to lift the cart over a low obstacle like a door threshold or a throw rug. But, if you never have to lift the cart with the handles, it is quite nice. ... show more

THE PROVIDER OF THIS PRODUCT DELIVERED A PRODUCT PRETTY CLOSE TO EXPECTATIONS BUT THE CART WAS DAMAGED FROM ROUGH HANDLING IN TWO PLACES WHERE PIECES WERE BROKEN OFF OF THE CART BUT THIS WAS NOT THE MANUFACTURERS FAULT BUT THE DELIVERERS...

    • Need new wheels
My wheels have been worn down and are flat, how can i get new wheels for this product? I use it indoors and i use it a lot so I will not fault anyone but I absolutely need new wheels. thank you.

I purchased 3 of these carts for our community dinners. They arrived with two shelves broken. I contacted the manufacturer and they shipped new shelves out to me within 2 weeks. They were extremely easy to deal with. The carts are nice looking and work great. I would definitely buy from them again.
