    • Great stepladder that's rock solid.
This is 13" tall, and 16" x 12" on the step. That's a good deal larger than similar steps. I sometimes photograph events and need to have a tall tripod...and realized I needed a very stable, light step that I could stand on for 1.5 hours at a time, and not have to worry about "is it wide and long enough." The two latches that lock the step in place, after it's opened, are super secure, and additionally held with strong magnets, so it can't be accidentally moved. This is something that I could probably hang drywall and other things, and still be under its 350 lb limit. Highly recommended for its superb quality and price. ... show more

    • Lightweight and sturdy
Good, stable work platform for when you need a little more height. Lightweight and foldable, so it's easy to carry.

    • Lifesaver!
We live on a farm and we have an older gentleman that is our mechanic. I bought him one of these a few years ago to keep him from standing on 5 gallon buckets while he works under the hood of our grain trucks and dump trucks. He loves it and uses it all the time and I'm pretty sure it has saved him from falling! My husband had knee surgery this fall and I bought one for him it was perfect for helping him get in-and-out of vehicles and feel stable. ... show more

    • Stable, sturdy, safe and lightweight
This is a great little platform. I use it to load kayaks on my Outback's rooftop rack. My only nitpick is that I'd prefer that be they manufacturer offered a model that was 2-4" taller and maybe another inch both wider and deeper. When the ground is slanted or uneven, the extra height would come in quite handy. At 6' tall, it does take some strength to position the kayaks, especially on windy days. The extra height/width/depth would add just the right amount of stability and leverage to make life a bit easier. Obviously, too short a stool/platform for shorter folks with the same height car. ... show more

    • Perfect for RV life
I needed something more sturdy than just plastic but that also folded to store easily. We RV full time and this is just what we needed. I tried Harbor Freight but they were out of stock. This is the height I wanted and can hold the weight I needed it to hold. I would definitely recommend this folding step. ... show more

    • Looks sturdy
Just opened and it looks like I expected. Sturdy build. I don’t think there will be any regrets about this stool but I’ll comment further if I experience anything unexpected.

    • it's aluminum
I have 4 or 5 of these, camping, around the house etc. The first thing I do is put traction straps. If aluminum gets moist, it's slick. I gave one to my mechanic, right height, width, and length I want him safe and he loves that it's sturdy, a d legs lock. I'm grateful
