I’ve had this scooter about ten days and not only am I very impressed with it, I’m enjoying riding it even more than I thought I would. Easy to assemble(Most of it already done for you), straightforward controls and a good phone app. It's very fast and with our light use the battery has been awesome. Great price, Light weight, Good speed, Very portable and a joy to ride. I have been riding this guy for ten days, and so far it has worked without an issue of any kind. It’s feels rock solid when you’re riding it, and it’s super easy to control and drive. It's nice to feel the wind on face as I am riding it around. It helps me out through the day.     • Fun fast and convenient
So after 100 miles or so of riding, I can say that it’s been great for my kids and myself. The 3 speeds is great for different levels of riders so that’s a little bonus as my kids range from 7-15 years of age. Set up was a breeze. I can’t remember exactly but I think it was 4 screws and 1 click and we were ready to ride. For the price, this sucker is pretty quick. My buddy has a more expensive one with better suspension but I kept having to slow down for him. Only downside I would say is that lack of extra suspension and certain surfaces were pretty bad. I did go on dirt trails with this and was surprised that it wasn’t that bad. Battery life pretty good as well. Close to 20miles a charge so I think that’s about where it was stated in the ads so thats accurate too. All in all, I say solid purchase. Keep in mind tho, if you plan to ride on really hard bumpy surfaces, you might want to consider something with different (softer) wheels or a scooter with some kind of suspension. For myself and my family tho, it’s a perfect fit. Btw, pure recreational use, not a commute tool for me but it would probably be great for some. ... show more

    • Great except for hills.
I bought this to ride with my son and it’s been great overall. Pros: - Battery life is excellent. I ride several miles at a time and even with hills it hasn’t dropped below 40% charge yet. - pretty quick. 19mph is great, especially because my son’s has the same size motor (350W) but his only goes 15mph. - sturdy. It’s clearly build for adults and is much beefier than my sons that was around the same price. Cons: - it’s weak on hills. I weigh 175lbs and it drops from 19mph on the flats to around 7mph on steeper hills. Overall, for a 350W scooter for adults, I shopped around quite a bit and think this is probably about the best you can get at this price point. ... show more

After utilizing this electric scooter, I have discovered the following things: 1. It’s a true powerhouse thanks to its strong 350watt engine to meet my needs. With just a 30 minute commute, it can travel up to 19 mph and survive an entire week on a single charge- four or five hours charge- usually charging at night and finish it off the following morning. 2. Easy to fold and carry. I often take it on the subway with me. 3. It also comes with lights for a smooth and safe ride- since the double braking system- works well and prevent side slipping. All in all, if you want a scooter that is easy to use and fun to ride, it is a good choice for you. Because it always brings nicety and fun trips for me. I hope you will also enjoy it. ... show more

    • Protection plan only protects shipping from your house to the warehouse nothing else
I like how sleek and pretty it was and it goes really fast but so fragile when I wrecked once the whole entire scooter exploded; accelerator and LCD screen done for and the protection plan doesn't cover damage or anything outside of traveling from the warehouse to your house. And I only use this for a 7 minute ride to and from work it lasted me two weeks I suggest going to Best buy and getting a better value scooter at a higher cost ... show more
Reviewed in the United States on May 21, 2024 by Very beautiful little robot but it's so fragile I already broke the accelerator within 2 weeks of having it and the LED cracked the protection plan that I bought that's supposed to protect it for 2 years doesn't replace anything they tried to send me the accelerator and have me fix it myself but that voids the warranty and because of this stupid little loophole that duped me with I'm not going to be shopping through Amazon anymore.
