With no suspension, you feel every bump along the way, but it felt solid. The battery drains within 30 minutes or so on high speed mode, which is to be expected. Me and kids use it. Being plus sized ,battery goes at lot quicker when I’m on but works fine. Shocks would be better if I was primary user but works fine for 12 & 9 year olds.

Seller is very slow to respond to messages. I have owned several scooters and this one is a death trap. When you apply the brakes it doesn’t break evenly. Most brakes applied to the front wheel. This is not normal. The motor had a weird clicking sound out of the box and I have never seen that. Battery life was way worse than expected. From a full charge to dead in less than 3 miles. It could be defective or just a crappy scooter. I decided it wasn’t worth the risk and bought from another company. ... show more

It’s decent, my son enjoys riding around to get out and about. The charge sometimes hold as long as one would like. After about 5 miles it needs a recharge. So not ideal for going much distance.
