I loved this stool until the leg bent. It was multifunctional - I could use as a stool to weed my flower beds, a knee pad if I really needed to get closer to the ground and even a little table next to my lawn chair to hold my drink or gloves, etc. while on a break. Unfortunately it only held up for about 2 dozen weeding sessions. I’m well below the maximum weight limit so my best guess is because I was using it on uneven ground while weeding. (But let’s be honest, who has even ground in their yard?) I’m still using it until it completely breaks in half but would have preferred it to last a lot longer. IMO I think it would last longer if you take care of the surface you sit it on. ... show more

This is a good quality stool, and doesn't feel cheaply made. It is lightweight and easy to carry around, and can be set up in most places. The knee pad attaches firmly to the chair, as shown in the picture, and the straps are strong and don't feel flimsy. This is good for yard work, but the knee pad can also be used for cleaning projects inside the house, especially in areas with hard floors. This is a handy little stool and kneeling mat, but it really needs wide feet. The stool sinks into soil and grass all the time. I carry a board to put under it. I really like that the mat is handy for switching from sitting to kneeling, Stores neatly in my small garden cabinet.
