Wanted to love this carseat, but bummed that have only been using it for 3 weeks and the removable cheek pads on the straps have a weird velcro that has already torn up the infant insert. The cheek pads dont seem to be very well made at all. We had an older version of this carseat with our oldest 2 kids (canopy fell apart, opted to replace), and the pads from that one were much better than these new ones. ... show more

I have installed several car seats in my lifetime and have never seen one as poorly designed as this one. I contacted the manufacturer because I could not get the seat to mount tightly to the car. And was told I was mounting it correctly and that it was designed to lift or flop around in order to absorb any impacts. Not on my watch with my grand babies. I purchased a different brand and had no problems mounting it. I would not recommend this brand at all!!! ... show more
