The shell in this car seat for baby includes ClimaFlow™ technology, providing added ventilation to help keep your baby cooler. PureCosi fabrics are fire-resistant and made without added fire retardants. Additionally, the extra plush padding on the removable infant head and lumbar inserts offer a cozy ride. Absolute garbage product DO NOT BUY. If you are considering this car seat, do not buy it. DO NOT BUY IT. The glue holding the foam to the plastic frame came off after using it just a few times, the sun shade comes off whenever you try to open it. It is a piece of crap product and NO ONE SHOULD BUY IT. DO NOT BUY THIS item. The rest of the materials suck as well. They cheaped out everywhere - even the fabric that your baby will sit on is not breathable and feels cheap. You will use it a few times and then have to throw it away because it sucks and is crappily made out of crap materials. It feels cheap. It is cheap. It will not last you. And CUSTOMER SUPPORT IS NONEXISTENT. Just take your money and either light it on fire or buy a different car seat from a better company. This seat sucks. Stay away. ... show more

I got this because my baby hated her other car seat. She cried every time I put her in it. She doesn’t mind this one. I wanted one without no rethread straps because they’re more comfortable. It’s very nice and comfortable for her and it goes on my stroller with adapters (Uppababy Vista). This car seat is easy to use. Just be sure you have the straps the same length before you put the baby in because it’s possible for one to become longer than the other. I liked this product for it's price and quality. Unfortunately my baby hates the car and I think he hated this car seat due to the shape it puts his back in. He's also very long so not sure if that has something to do with it. I like that it is compatible with my mom push stroller without having to buy adapters and the base was very easy to install. Bought this carseat to be used with the Mom Push meteor stroller. The cutest with the brown leather detail. I will say the cover is not the sturdiest material but for what its used for I dont have expectations for the adjustable shade cover. I normally love maxi cosi but this infant car seat was a huge miss, which is a shock for how much these cost. We had a black one before this and thought it was great so we bought another one for our next baby for the color looking more aesthetically pleasing .. which is ironic because the car seat looks anything but aesthetic. The canopy unclipped and never stays snapped in place anymore, and the seat cover came undone after 3.5 months of use, really out of nowhere. I’ve never removed the cover yet it’s constantly slipping off (as pictured) no matter how many times we pull it up. Makes me so sad but it feels painful buying a new infant car seat after hardly getting much use out of this one. So here we are with our ugly seat. ... show more

Great as it works on Maxo-Cosi strollers but not safe. First car seat back foam separated from the car seat - replaced it with brand new. Bought the same one- second one did the same. Would not be safe in a car crash. Shame on the quality for the price. Made in China
