Overall the bed is pretty good. It's well designed and easy to relatively assemble, few things to be aware of: - The slats are too far apart, like 6-7", which is not good for many mattresses as they will eventually sag. Do yourself a favor, goto Home Depot and buy 2 39"x74" sheets of euroboard or similar to properly support the mattress. Put it on top of the slats. - The wood is kind of soft, it's pine. Scraping off one of the labels with a fingernail left small dents, so be careful with it. - Says its 400lb per bed, and its possible, but it does not look that strong to me, so not for adults.

I did alot of research before buying this bed. I mean I searched and searched for weeks on here looking at all the different beds reading reviews and It finally came down to this one. I just loved the options of colors and ways the bed could come. I love all the extras that you can purchase with it or at a later date.What extras you ask,well you can get the extra set of drawers that fit right under it or the trundle bed for all those sleep overs and guests you are sure to have. The bed itself is awesome the quality, construction and the color are perfect very well made and I'm sure will last a very long time. The bed is easy to assemble just follow the instructions and all will be well......don't hesitate get this bed over all A+

I purchased this bunk bed for my two year old grandson. Within a month of light to none usage the top bunk guard rail snapped off with my grandson attached crashing to the floor. Thank goodness his mother was there to catch him otherwise this terrifying incident and review would have ended rather differently. Upon purchasing this bed I chose a multicolored table to go with it for his new bedroom which has broken as well. I do not recommend this company or it’s products to anyone since I believe it is a danger to children or adults. The compressed wood used for their furniture is extremely unstable and breaks or crackles under very little pressure. Please be advised.

We wanted a bunk bed for our daughters (5 and 8) and didn't want to pay $1000 from Pottery Barn, etc. This one went together fairly easy over an afternoon. You assemble each bed separately then put them together. We've had it for 3 months and it has held up well. You can keep the beds separate, and you can choose which side to mount the ladder. The paint was well done (though smelly, see below). Box was marked Made in Vietnam. We used two inexpensive twin memory foam mattresses from Amazon (8" thick) and they've been a great complement to this bed. Cons: 1. The paint smells really bad when you first open it and assemble it. We spent a couple of *weeks* with windows open and fan on to get rid of the smell. I wasn't thrilled about that for a kids' product but it does eventually go away. Recommend airing for 3 weeks before using if possible. 2. There are no covers for the screw holes. They're just deep open holes. Looks kind of bad. Even stickers would have been nice.

I am very pleased with these bunk beds. We purchased the white twin bunks for our granddaughters. We also ended up ordering the drawers. The bunk beds are very sturdy and well made. The drawers have plenty of room for bedding and extra clothing. I am 5'8" and can easily sit up on the bottom bunk without hitting my head. They were very well packaged and arrived without any damage. I spent a lot of time looking at bunk beds before I decided on the Max and Lily bunks. The quality and attention to safety was very important to me and theses bunks certainly met my expectations.

My kids LOVE their new Max & Lily solid wood bunk bed!!! We received it very quickly, packed securely in one box with all the hardware and instructions included. Assembly was very straight forward and it didn't take us long at all, which was great because the kids couldn't wait to try it out! I am so impressed with the overall quality. The bed is beautiful and looks great in their room! I love all the extra details like the cutouts on top of the ladder which make it easier for my youngest daughter to climb up and the ridges on the ladder steps to keep from slipping. It's also great that all of the hardware is hidden after assembly, so there aren't those unsightly nuts and bolts taking away from the white color. I love the fact that the beds are secured together with extra wooden pieces, which gives the whole set up a really solid feel. The extra support bar gives me the peace of mind that I can climb up in bed with my little ones to read their bedtime stories and I know that it can easily carry the weight. Not only does it look great, but I can sleep well knowing that my kids are in a safe bed. Another feature I really like is that this bunk bed can easily be turned into two twin beds. As my kids grow, this gives them even more options with the set up of their room. With the solid wood construction and the versatility, I know that they will be using these beds for years to come. I think it's wonderful that not only were there different color and style options, but there are customizations you can get as well! I love that you can add drawers to the bottom, which is perfect for saving space. My kids really like that there is a pull out trundle option, which they have asked me to order for sleepovers. This bunk bed exceeded my expectations and I couldn't be happier with my purchase. Now my kids are actually excited for bed time! I would definitely recommend
