I love the bed!!!!!! I have the 12-inch. I love a firm bed and this one is firm, yet also has a softness on the very surface so the contours of my body are able to settle in just a bit. Really, it's perfect. Also, the coolness-factor works. I tend to get hot at night so I was interested in the cooling nature of the bed. There have been times that I've woken up warm, but I've noticed that the only the part of my body that's warm is the part that's not touching the bed. In other words, the space between me and the covers. But under me - the mattress itself - isn't hot at all. Even with flannel sheets, I've never felt any sweat whatsoever between me and the bed. Setting it up was easy - it nearly sprang right out of the plastic wrap as soon as I opened it.

The mattress require 3 days to fully expand but so far it’s been 1 day and it already looks good. The mattress is firm and supportive. My kids say it’s the most comfortable bed in the house. The size fit the bed correctly, there are no weird smells, and the value for the money is worth it.

was easy to set up and is very comfortable, I have it paired with a foam mattress topper and it's pretty awesome but I played on it without it and it was really comfy, only through the pad on because I already had it. Can't even tell that it was rolled up in a box.

My husband wanted a firm mattress. We'll, this mattress made him very happy. Inexpensive but super durable. Very nice quality i am shocked that it wad not more expensive It is packaged bottom side in so when it flew open, ( and yes, it did fly open) it needed to be flipped. I have low ceiling and a ceiling fan above my bed, I almost broke the fan when opening. Be careful
