This product is great and brightens my grey hair and I've tried several purple shampoos before this one. Reason for my 4 star is the Amazon packaging. I read other reviews that said they received leaking product but thought I'd try my luck. Well, no such luck, the shampoo top was off and the product spilled over the conditioner and the packaging was soaked. Hope Amazon improves the packaging so this doesn't happen again. I got a refund after spending several minutes on chat so I'm satisfied. I definitely recommend the product and would buy So Silver shampoo again. ... show more

My hair is salt and pepper. Looked dull. I bought this and loved it with my first shampoo. Takes a small amount for a whole lot of lather! My hair looked shiny and I love the slight tinge of purple which lightened of yellow grays!
