    • Essential work out tool
I grew up watching my mother use a thigh master. It actually worked for her so I figured I would give it a try. It’s easy to use and I like that I can use it while watching tv on the sofa. It’s too soon to see results but I can tell it’s working because I feel the burn and soreness the next day.

This is a great workout when you’re watching TV (no excuses for not working out!) w nice resistance. I use it for thighs and arms. You can feel it working and it gives good muscle toning. It’s compact so it would travel nicely. 5 stars

The resistance is good it’s not too hard or too little about med it’s ok if your older I used on arms and legs I was a little sore

Easy to use and works out parts of your body you normally wouldn't. The resistance is medium, not too high...so appropriate for older people

    • I wouldn’t buy again
So I purchased this not knowing it is plastic with pool noodle over it and a spring. When I’m use it ended up coming apart and slicing open my leg. It’s not worth the time or effort trying to use it. It’s VERY cheaply made.
