Very easy for my husband to set up by himself! He does competition BBQ and needs a sturdy but easy set up. This fit the bill. He had a previous one that took him some time to set up and it was not sturdy. After the first time setting up, it only takes him 10 minutes from start to finish to have up and ready. With the sand bags, it is very steady as well. He was at a competition in Austin with high winds and was set up on pavement. This canopy did not move!

Despite what you see in the pix, it's a sturdy beast and WAS great cover for our Colmean Saluspa (also an awesome value). I'm in the pacific northwest and this thing made it through some of the biggest storms we've had in years. The sand bags are clutch. It's super easy to set up, even at 10x10 you can do it alone with a bit of back-and-forth pulling the sides. Not as heavy as it might seem. Alas, he collapsed under the weight of a big dump of snow (and eventually ice) overnight, even after I clean it off before bed. Guess i should have set an alarm, or taken it down. No fault to mastercanopy for sure. There's only so much these things can handle. Strong winds: yes. Massive snow and ice: no. Even after all the broken and cracked frame was pulled down and trashed, the top material wasnt even ripped, so i'll be getting a new one and now i have a back-up top.

I bought this to shade the band as well as create a stage area. The reviews either loved or hated it, so I took a chance. The day started with rain and the water ran right off. It was also very gusty 20+ most of the day and while the canopy flexed, it held firm. We did end up tieing it down to the speakers to keep it from lifting off. The poles aren't crazy strong, so you do have to unfold it slowly, and it was way easier having someone on each corner. The top was easy to put on and the center point locks and unlocks into place easily. That was my favorite feature. The height never gets mentioned, but our tallest guy is 6'2" and he could walk under it easily on the highest setting. We had tons of height inside. We had our drummer on a riser, and he had no issues. I can't say anything about the long term durability, but it worked great for this event.

Ok, I was mad when a downpour destroyed my canopy. The fabric filled with water and collapsed, something that had never happened with any canopy I'd ever had. The entire thing was trashed and I was not going to have room to bring it home, so I tossed it in the dumpster at the campground. I wrote a 1-Star review calling the canopy "junk". A couple of days later the seller contacted me saying they were sorry for my experience and asked me if sending a free replacement canopy would be acceptable. I said sure and a week later it showed up at my door. There was no pressure by them to change my review in exchange for a new item, so I think this was just good customer service. I do think this canopy is better built than others I've had, but that does not mean it's indestructible. The fabric is thicker, the frame better built, it comes with a side panel and sandbags. Stuff happens and customer service is important to me so I'm going to 4 stars and feeling better about the product and the seller. Original review Thought I’d buy a quality canopy for our camper and the beach. Second time I used it and the canopy filled with water in a heavy rain and collapsed. The fabric was tight and it should have run off. Do yourself a favor and stick with the cheapos

I was initially excited about this tent. It seemed well-designed, easy to set up, and exactly what I needed for farmer markets and occasional events. However, my enthusiasm quickly turned into disappointment when the frame snapped unexpectedly after only a few uses. The tent's construction appeared sturdy at first glance, but it couldn't withstand moderate wind conditions. The frame, in particular, proved to be of poor quality and lacked the durability. I decided to give the benefit of the doubt and exchanged it for a replacement. Unfortunately, my optimism was short-lived. Within a month of use, the frame of the second tent began to lose its durability, resulting in the tent leaning awkwardly. While this tent may serve adequately for occasional markets or fair weather conditions, I cannot recommend it for anything else. The lack of durability undermines its overall value, and I'll be looking for a more reliable option for my future vendor events. I was unable to return the second tent due to the 30-day return policy. This lack of durability and reliability is unacceptable, especially considering the price of the product.
