My initial canopy held up nicely for two years thru Hot Summers and Windy Rainy and Snowy winters. Once the canopy cover failed I started looking for a replacement cover. And Master Canopy had the part I needed at a very reasonable price. I checked Amazon for the replacement cover, and found one I thought would work and ordered it. After contacting Master Canopy I was told that cover would not fit my frame. When the first cover arrived I returned it to Amazon, as I had already ordered the right cover, I have to say this company is making dealing with customer service GREAT AGAIN! From the very first contact these folks were right there ready to help. They confirmed that the first product I ordered wouldn't fit my application and gave me the correct information to order the right product. Sure I was told it would be 2 to 3 weeks to receive the item ordered. They were in contact with me several times were very polite and accommodating wanting to make sure I knew where the product was in the process. We recently purchased the Mastercanopy Duralast pop up tent, and we must say that we are extremely satisfied with this purchase and it was great to see that it arrived in a timely manner. Setting up this tent was incredibly easy to set up, the instructions were clear, and the whole process took us just a few minutes. Easy to disassemble and pack back into the roller bag. The canopy is made of durable material which gives us confidence that it will last a long time. It provides excellent shade from the sun which we love the protection it offers, allowing us to enjoy outdoor activities without worrying about getting sunburn or overheating. We love the standout top ventilation feature design that allows for air to circulate effectively, keeping the interior cool and comfortable even on hot days. This is an awesome great feature, as it prevents the tent from becoming stuffy or humid. The frame of the tent is sturdy, providing a solid and stable structure. We feel confident that the tent will withstand various weather conditions, including wind and rain. The overall built quality of this tent is very impressive. I needed some shade so that my products wouldn't bake in the sun but I was worried about a few things... #1, Could I set it up by myself? #2, Could it withstand gusts of wind? #3 Could I take it down by myself? #4 Would it look nice? Answer to all of the above? YES YES YES YES.... I got the 6.6x6.6 size and it is very easy to set up and take down by myself (52 yr old gal) Last Saturday the winds kicked up...my neighbor's canopy lifted off of the ground and almost went over her car.... Mine was like a ROCK.... I didn't realize when I bought it that it came with 4 weight bags,, so I had purchased some nice white ones to go with it...I had 2 white ones on the front legs, and 2 that came with it on the back...it DIDN't BUDGE.... The red height adjustment switches are AWESOME....no little button to press in to try and pull and press at the same time....it's SO EASY!! and the side wall is PERFECT for keeping my items shaded... The wheelie bag that it goes in is also very nice and very well made.... The only down side of it for me was that one of the velcro ties that secure the roof to the frame was not sewn correctly so there is one spot on my roof that isn't tied down right... So far it hasn't been a problem...I tried to use amazon's message system to write to the seller but never heard back. Eventually I may try to stitch it on, but I'm afraid to ruin how nice it looks from the outside... I've used it now 3x and it is great....wouldn't be worth the hassle to send it back just because of the one un-sewn velcro tie.... This was a GREAT value for the money...If I needed another one or a bigger one I would ABSOLUTELY get another from Mastercanopy....It is sturdy, very well made and VERY easy to set up and take down ! ... show more
